It’s dropping to -40 c tonight here in Canada, and that doesn’t include the windchill. Very nice work, I am enjoying the build. The local shop just got their shipment, I may snag one. -
Love these builds, they are progressing well and I can’t wait to see the finished product.

Awesome build, loved the Euro 1 scheme. -
Wish they could have tooled the modifications so an RCAF Chipmunk could have been built.

My money is the bolts were not installed. There doesn’t appear to be any tearing around the mount points. Not sure how Boeing does this, I’d think that work would require at least two signatures, one by the person doing the work and a second called an independent check, by a person who hasn’t worked on the system and inspects the work. At least that is how we did it in the RCAF. -
I’m not even sure the post is real, I think it is sarcasm or some kind of humor? If it isn’t I think I just crossed the path of the most disgruntled modeler in the history of planet earth. He really should quit modeling if he is that angry at the hobby.

Full build images are in this thread, plus some sprue shots. -
Very nice, very small critique, we’d never leave the nose wheel of a modern jet turned after towing or parking by marshaling.

Very nice, I have one on my stash ready to build!

Nice build, we used to fly past Kee Bird all the time in our Hercs on our resupply flights from Thule airbase to our station at Alert. I did this over a seven year period, so saw Kee Bird often. Very tragic how they rushed things at the end. Sadly one person passed away from health complications.

Well done, awesome build!

My son wasn’t born in the days that the Concorde flew, but he has been on three in museums and has the Lego set, disagree that it was a very niche aircraft. My mom and I even flew on one and only paid $50 Cdn each. The Concorde is an aviation legend/icon.

Being ex-RCAF I always referred to the boat boys as fishheads. Nice looking kit, I might get one so my fished friends can enjoy. -

Flak Bait is the one for me. -
I’m going to have nightmares now that you reminded me of the poopy suits. Isn’t that your butt on the ladder loading the CF-104?

I slept on those bunks all the time, upper and lower. We also had a curtain we could wrap around the bunks. Check pilot/standards pilot would often stand in the cockpit. We had a Herc crash during a LAPES drop, the check pilot was standing at the time. Amazingly he survived. Not only was he a squadron mate, he was a childhood friends father.

I’m not sure if you are aware, Hasegawa Tri-Tool make an excellent punch that replaces the donuts on the mold seam. They released this tool soon after the Corsair was released, I always thought it was designed specifically to replace that lost detail on the Corsair mold seam.
