As ex 4Sqn RAF Gutersloh in the 80s we were a recce squadron. I am currently building the airfix GR3 and wondered if anyone knew where i can get a 3D file for the recce pod and the outboard pylon LAUs. nfor the sidewinder and phimat pods.

Was at RAF St Athan on the Phase 6 mods after returning from 4Sqn RAF Gutersloh in 1987. In my last year on the squadron we went to RAF Valley for MPC Missile Practice Camp where we fired the sidewinder fitted to a GR3 this was for pilot training whereas decimomanu was used for cannon firing. We had phimat pods fitted on the other outboard pylon as i remember fitting the chaff which went everywhere unless careful.

Anyone know where to find 1/32 scale RAF Harrier GR1 4 squadron decal set. Hannants do a 1/72 and 1/48th but am building the revell GR1 and it only has 3 and 20.

I served on 4Sqn harriers in RAG Germany 84-87 and am currentloy building the airfix 1/24th scale Harrier GR3 and a diorama. I have the soft top Landrover however i have no idea of the two tone colour scheme we had (nato Green poerhaps and a Black/Grey) . Can anyone out there shed a light. I have various photographs but not the actual colours used on our landrovers.

I am just building 120mm Navy Seal and want to paint in AOR1 cam. Does anyone have the correct colours for the digital scheme. I have Ligh Tan, Tan, Khaki and Brown an am using Vallejo paints. Not sure if they are right.

I am in the final stages of the 1/32 scale F-18E build, can someone tell me if the canopy and windscreen are tinted and in what colour Gold, Smoke etc. before i glue down the windscreen.

I am building a Jaguar GR3A and will be using the Model Alliance decals does anyone have an idea of the orange used and the closest acrylic or enamel available
