Hello, all--
Re Simon's original question, the Vector Resin Cyclone looks like a good option, although I'm not a Cyclone authority. I have a related question, though. Re the cowling on Mohawk IVs: I don't think the available 1/48 kits and aftermarket options are accurate. I haven't found a clear, hi-res photo showing a front view of the cowling. Numerous good perspective photos, and the occasional muddy, fuzzy front photo, suggest the engine aperture is an oval, but ALMOST a perfect circle. This seems odd; given that a circle is much easier to fabricate than an oval, even an almost-round oval. Still, I can't quite convince myself it's a circle. Have any of you got a good front view of the Mohawk IV? Thanks!
