  2. In a word... "Superb". Such a wonderful representation of, IMO one of the most beautiful aircraft of the war. Great work sir ๐Ÿ‘ Also thanks for sharing your friends FB reply. That gave me a chuckle. Ben
  3. Wow... Nice job Sam. Great looking 111. It looks so crisp. Looking forward to seeing your Stuka when you get around to it. ๐Ÿ‘

  5. Really nice job there. She's a cracker. That's YET another kit added to the want list (thanks to you) ๐Ÿคจ haha. Nice Tonka too fella! ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  6. Very nicely done Ian. Definitely looks like you've got your mojo back. I've been the same. Only got back into it a couple of months back after about 15yrs hiatus. I feel much better in myself also after picking it back up. I hope you feel the same ๐Ÿ™‚ Great looking Hurricane! ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  7. Very nice job on both kits Andy. Shouldn't give that face with your age either fella. Be proud, as your modelling shows you have wisdom with age. We fellas are always younger in heart and brain anyways (big kids) ๐Ÿ˜† Great job Andy. Ben
  8. Wow!!! It's a joy to see a model done this well. Absolutely great job all around. Great choice of aircraft too. The Russians had some really nice planes that you don't see very often. ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  9. Great job Grizly! Gotta love the Mozzi. IMO it's one of the most beautiful planes of the war, and you've done it justice on your build. ๐Ÿ‘ How was it to build? Ben
  10. Many thanks Troy! I know your reply wasn't meant for me, but you've give me the solution to the problem I've been having latey. I've bookmarked that page and I'm sourcing the required product. Cheers ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  11. Absolutely first class finish and weathering. Not an easy thing on a model that size. Well done Chris! ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  12. Hey Chris... Good luck on your Hurricane build. Just wanted to let you know that your Lego brick support frame has inspired me for future builds. Simple yet handy! ๐Ÿ‘ Thanks Ben
  13. Great job Neil... Especially for a couple of hours work! I recently completed that exact model as a gift for my Grandad. Got it for Christmas a couple of years back and had been putting it off. Wish I'd have posted it now but didn't think anyone would be interested in it. (I guess because I'm new). Oh well. Great job.... Can't beat good old LIDL ๐Ÿ˜‹ Hope the one near me gets some in. ๐Ÿ‘ Ben
  14. Really very nice! A1... Looks superb. As somebody else already said, the canopy tint really makes a difference. (how did you do that?) ๐Ÿ‘
  15. Thanks for the advise. I'll definitely keep an eye out for that! And you're more than welcome. Once again... Nice job Mr Parisian. (I don't know how to do the dash over the E) And I feel rude spelling your name wrong. Cheers mate ๐Ÿ‘
  16. Really great job Stephane (sorry for name mistake). It looks wonderful and very authentic from the time period. I'm currently building the Hasegawa Harrier GR7 1:48 RAF. And I hope it turns out looking half as good as yours. Well done! ๐Ÿ‘
  17. Beautiful Sukhoi. Great job all around. Impressive! ๐Ÿ‘
  18. Nice! I remember a shopping place called Botany Bay, and one of these was parked outside (bad condition), along with various tanks and a old Wessex helicopter. To cut a long story short... I was able to get the canopy open and sit inside. Have some pictures somewhere. Anyways... This model took me back to my childhood. So thanks. Great build and superb paint job! ๐Ÿ‘
  19. Nice one... The paint job is very nice and weathering look great ๐Ÿ‘
  20. That looks incredible. The paint and finish look A1. And the photography with the backdrop fools the eye and looks like shes on wet tarmac and ready for the off. ๐Ÿ‘
  21. In a word... "Stunner". Great job on everything. Definitely 4 months well spent. ๐Ÿ‘
  22. Lovely build and exellent paint job and weathering. Great piece of work ๐Ÿ‘
  23. Great looking build with a cracking paint job. Well done. Defo a nice tribute to the retiring gal Tonka. I believe they still have alot to give... But hey-ho... Off to the scrap heap they go ๐Ÿ˜‘ Nice tribute build. They deserve it!
  24. That's what I thought, crazy find. A mega bargain for a 1:48! Too right haha... Get him back out on the hunt. I haven't been to a carboot for about 15 years but now you've got me thinking. Keep up the good work Farmerboy... You do those 'big grey jets' proud
  25. Wow! Nice find... Kudos to your son for that. Kudos to you on a great build and paint job though! I'm curious about the scale too, though I'm guessing it's a 1:72. Superb! ๐Ÿ‘
