Wow Filippo, absolutely cracking job there, ive got an Italieri RSO in the stash, just might have to did it out. Totally agree with you regarding Dragon kit prices I've recently started a couple of ICM kits and to be honest the level of detail is fairly good and a damb sight cheaper to buy lol.

Nice, think we tend to overlook some older kits nowadays. As you say they can be made to look really good with basic skills and tools. Lovely job there.

I've got 2 of them, was going to do British Mk5 and an Iranian 5P. Don't think I've got either the patience or skill for a Berlin Bde paint job.

Old soldiers trick, the Hessian stops glare as you rightly point out. I've also seen land rovers, especially recce one's with Hessian screens along the whole length of the vehicle and these are rolled down when in a hide to reduce the under vehicle shadows.
