It's the same dark green as used in the standard camo scheme.

That East Fortune Lightning doesn't help again as it is a bit of an odd shade.

Is it not a different shade of green? I built one a few years ago and all the references suggested a different colour, think I done mine in Tamiya Nato Green which seemed a spot on match.

  2. I've built the 1/48 ICM PD and RBT versions great kits and great value for money. Revell also reboxed the RBT kit but beware as I think the also released a rebox (possibly Italeri) 1/48 Mig-25PD years ago which is not the same kit.

Like the paint work, and you see the difference between the two colours. I did not know how that looked before now.

It's a bit of a strange demarcation line with the bomb bay not being Camo Grey, every decal manufacturer and colour profile I've looked at skips the underside as if there not really sure so just avoid it!

Managed to get there with photos although the underside of the tail planes are never shown or mentioned so wasnt sure about them, ended up doing them Camo grey as well.

  4. What Werner says, although the centre line 1000ld’er was also carried on many CAP missions, the aircraft would take off and fling it towards Stanley airfield to harass the enemy and keep them on their toes before heading off on CAP.

If your looking to portray an aircraft actually involved in the conflict then the EDSG over white was never worn with the white being painted over on the journey south. I maybe picked you up wrong and this is what you mean by EDSG over white as in painted over white.
