  1. Absolutely brilliant!!!! Mick
  2. Bloody impressive so far mate! I can't wait to see it finished. Mick
  3. Typical isn't it, I buy the 1/35 Armo ZSU 57-2 resin kit from and a couple of years later they bring out not one but two kits in plastic! So now I have decided to move it up my to-build list and try and finish it before the plastic kits come out. I have some decent reference pictures however, after reading that the kit does not include the radio set I bought an aftermarket radio but none of the pictures I have show where the radio is located. Can any BMer out there help either with a picture or an explanation? TIA Mick
  4. Update. I have e-mailed Azimut twice now and they have not replied to either of them. Has anyone here dealt with them before? Should I bother trying to contact them again or just give up and vow never to buy anything off them again? Mind you they appear to be attending Telford again this year so maybe I should go and do some chest poking at the show! Mick
  5. Looks great. I would leave it as it is as the real RAF Wessex aircraft were glossy. Mick
  6. Just found this topic, add me please. Mick
  7. Looking good, great detail so far. Mick
  8. Great looking Do-17. Very impressive for 1/72; looks more like 1/48. Hope my 1/48 ICM kit looks as good. Mick
  9. Fantastic work and such an original idea. I thought that the first picture was real and provided inspiration for the diorama! Mick
  10. D'oh! Just glue it to a base then nobody can pick it up!
  11. Cheers guys. I wasn't originally going to weather it much as I was worried that I might ruin it! Luckily the Mig powders can be wiped off if overdone as long as they are kept dry. Mick
  12. That's impressive, the side-on shots look like a real aircraft. Mick
  13. Thanks all for the great comments. Graham T - I also put a part of the undercarriage upside down on one leg, it was the K shaped part. Luckily I could prise it apart before the glue had set off. The metal landing gear is great; very strong and makes a great stand when painting the underneath and sides black. Mick
  14. Very impressive. I like the way the rover is shown inside. Mick
  15. Thanks all The dusty look was achieved using a liberal application of Mig's Gulf War Sand powder. Mick
  16. It's Wingspan 54 cm, length, including guns, 41 cm. Thanks for the comments chaps.
