  1. Yes, I do. I have started already, I have Fairey Fulmar MkI and MkII, a couple of Sea Hurricanes, three Hellcats (MKI and MkII plus a MkI wing fold), a Seafire FR47, Sea Harrier FA2 and Harrier GR9. I have the Airfix Club Sea Harrier FA2 (decommissioning markings) and Harrier GR7 on order (I'll use decals from the Xtra Decal Harrier retirement flypast set for that as there is an 800NAS GR7 listed). If you are interested, I have a blog about this project: https://800squadronproject.wordpress.com Cheers Gary
  2. Just in case you are still looking... https://www.shapeways.com/product/SCNQ6CKNX/seafire-fr47-w-gear-x8-fud?optionId=68305739&li=marketplace I saw he did Fairey Fireflies at 1/400th so I asked if he could do Seafire FR47s for my HMS Triumph build, he obliged! If there is anything else you are looking for, just get in contact through there Shapeways site and he might sort it out for you. Seems a decent sort... When my Seafires arrive I'll try to post a photo of them painted up in 800NAS Korea colours. Nunquam non paratus! Cheers Gary
  3. Hi everyone, Just wanted to say hello. I'm a recent convert to modelling after a break of about 40 years. Spurred into action by a freebie Airfix Spitfire from one of the newspapers, I decided to give it a go again. My project is to make a 1/72 kit of every aircraft type flown by 800 Naval Air Squadron of the Fleet Air Arm. My Dad served with the squadron in Malaya and Korea. I'm having to relearn some skills and learn new ones, but enjoying every minute of it. However, the most recent kit I have completed is the Heller 1/400th 'Colossus' class carrier - painted to represent HMS Triumph in Korea. Hope to be able to contribute in some way to this collective. Gary
