  1. Hello everyone Not sure what forum to put it under, but I'm interested in a model kit (1/144 Buran) but its only available as I can tell on ebay from a seller in Russia, so if I buy it and get it shipped to the UK will I need to pay import duties etc? Thanks in advance Ryan

  6. Hello everyone, I was using this forum a few years ago but with school exams and everything else getting in the way I couldn't remember my log in details,so started a fresh, heres want I've just finished for a group build on Twitter https://flic.kr/p/H719fv
  7. Classic airforce next door to Midland air museum, there's a Dc 6 there that's been turned into a diner although its not cheep!
  8. Superb, becareful with the rear undercarriage, because mine keeps braking in the joint between where the wheel attaches to the the undercarriage leg.
  9. Thanks Gregg136,theMDman and UKguyinUSA for the comments, and yes UKguyinUSA it's a big model which at the moment is 'flying' from my bedroom ceiling, next to a Revell 1/72 Breguet Atlantic which it dwarfs! TheMDman, it would be a horrible tail sitter with the space shuttle on, which I'm glad I put some weight in the front although it's very heavy now. MikeW that is a great photo, better than what I can do.
  10. Thanks everyone for the comments, doozer there was a lot of flesh on this especially around the engine nacelles where I couldn't tell the difference between flesh and the actual kit! Thanks Jessica for the info, I might cut it down the front strut a little bit in the future but at this moment I'm going to leave it, because I ain't doing battle with it again!! Thanks, Ryan
  11. Hello everyone, Haven't posted anything in a while, due to 'technical difficulties' , but here's my latest completion, it's a but rough in a few places and the Shuttle was being a pain because it wouldn't stick to the 747, but I got there eventually. Thanks for looking, Ryan
  12. Hello everyone, Sorry for the photo problems, before on other forum's I could upload from my camera to photobucket, which I then went on the laptop to change the sizes etc. But when it came to posting pictures on here I can't use the picture button or do any other method without it freezing. Also when post pictures direct from my tablet I can see them but people just see the links. Thanks, Ryan (P.s thanks Steve for doing the picture and everyone else for the kind comments)
