  1. Quick question, does the Revell kit come with any load out above and beyond what you got with the Hase boxing which from memory was a couple of Winders and the gun pods? Cheers
  2. I am sorry if this already been posted but it has been widely reported that Meteor Products is shutting down business. Corky I'm glad you got your money back (or most of it) when you did. There is some sort of farewell message on their website http://www.meteorprod.com/ Cheers
  3. Hi guys, I thinking of building the AFV club Centurion Mk.5/2,6(NATO) in British Army markings and wanted to put a least a commander figure in the turret. Can anybody help with pointing me in the direction of some tank crew figures that would suit this vintage of AFV, as I'm not sure if WWII kit would be appropriate. Thanks
  4. Thanks for the advice Dave and thanks everyone else for the welcome . Cheers
  5. Thanks Graham, that's exactly the information I was looking for. Now I'll just have to check the serial on the decals I have to see if I have the cannon only version or not. Cheers
  6. I was wondering if anybody on this forum had tried to kitbash the Airfix C wing from their Mk.Vc/Seafire kit with the fuselage of the new Mk.I/II kit. If anybody has tried this combo I'd love to hear about the results good or bad. Cheers
  7. Hi there, can someone who knows please tell me the gun/cannon configuration of a Spitfire Mk.Ib? For instance did the Mk.Ib have one cannon plus one inboard machine gun per wing or was it an outboard machine gun? I hope you understand what I'm getting at. I'd love to build one of these as I have some markings for the kit but I need to know which machine guns the aircraft had. TIA
  8. I've followed the Hellcat debate on Hyper Wail and as others here have pointed out its just the same old same old, new kit released, "experten" dump on from a great height. I've got mine on order from Great Models at the moment and about the only thing that won't be OOB will be (maybe) a set of replacement wheels from Ultracast. Cheers
  9. Hi Derek, I wouldn't consider myself a 1/144 at all and though the kits look nice they are just not what I model (normally), I have enough trouble moving from my usual 1/48 down to 1/72. The only exception to this is the Revell AG 1/144 C-17Globemaster III which I plan to do in RAAF markings when it's released. Cheers
