  2. Troy & Mick, Thankyou so much! Vallejo RLM 76 looks so blue compared haha
  3. Hey Everyone, I am new to Britmodeller but require some assistance. I would like to paint my FW190 in the attached colour scheme but I’m unsure what colours to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Chris
  4. Looking good so far! Can't wait to see more.
  5. Not at all, thanks for the replies.
  6. It was late at night and I fell asleep . I have been sorting my kids out this morning and just managed to get onto here to read the comments. Apologies I'll make sure my time schedule is better next time.
  7. Thankyou for the reply. It looks amazing on some of the more weathered aircraft but I just think I'll stick to panel line pre-shading
  8. So I've seen mottled pre-shading on WWII aircraft before camouflage I'd applied.
  9. Good Evening, I was wondering why I am seeing alot of mottled pre-shading lately. Is there a reason for this? Any benefits? Kind Regards, Clarkey
  10. Yes that was the company cheers Trevor
  11. Just the old Airfix Beaufighter TF.X Kit. The resin wings and engine are from years ago and I can't remember the names and the turret will come from a Airfix Defiant model.
  12. So I have recently joined Britmodeller and decided I should share what I am currently building at the moment.. Unfortunately I am due to deploy so I won't have much done for a few months but I hope to come back and get this finished. Will be my first model in a very long time (Family )
  13. Beautiful work, Love the Short Stirling and you've certainly captured the model in all its glory. # Regards, Chirs
  14. My father in law was at HMS Fulmar too as a Radar Technician.
  15. Good Evening my name is Chris, currently serving in the RAF as an aircraft technician. Its been a fair few year since I made a model as life has been so busy with a young family. Recently I have retired from rugby and have a little more time on my hands. I look forward to showing some of My work and learning from the best. Favourite Aircraft has to be the Mosquito See you in the forums
