1930 Austin Seven special. 1/10th scale.

A larger resistor will definitely dim the LED, but it wont change the color. You might try an RGB LED so you can dial in a little yellow. I you're going to work with LEDs more often, you might be interested in a Velleman LED Buddy kit. It allows you to test various voltage-resistance combinations to see what gets you the best light. TBH, it won't help with figuring out an RGB color as it need three inputs to produce a blended color. -

That looks outstanding! -
I'm glad you mentioned that, as I had heard about that as an old(?) jeweler's trick. I really should learn to do this too as most of the parts that fall are due to my hotdog fingers. Sadly, this may not help so much for tweezers launch events.

Very nicely detailed. As to be expected, the decals are yellowed. Here are some of the motor parts The rubber-band tracks are actually valid for the M3 and derivatives. The full album is here HTH -- dnl.

Those shots are excellent! -
I went looking for a photo today in an album I hadn't visited in a while, but postimg is showing me a very wonky view. While the gallery thumbnails are mostly broken, the actual photos are present. I've tried various things to get the gallery regenerated, but zero, zilch, nada, nic. Is anybody else seeing this?

I looked (well, I asked Google to look), but no pea soup. I do have pix of pickle soup (it's a Polish thing), clam chowder, and onion soup. Oh, and BBQ, lots of BBQ!😋 I'll try to remember.next time I make it.

It looks like Pease Porridge a relative of split pea soup, which I make from scratch.

In my defense, I did build a mostly-brass Beaverette . -

Excellent work on those fairleads. I assume that is 4 parts, base, eye, and 2 horns? How did you file the horns? I've done 1/48 fairleads in plastic, and it was a struggle. Excellent indeed! I'll bet earnest money the sailor on deck was fast asleep in the time it took to take the photo. -

She's looking very good! I normally use Mr.Color, but I may need to get some Colourcoat enamel when I do to a Western Approaches scheme. Lots of support! How did you cut them away and trim the attach points? -
Noice! Oh, and, welcome aboard!

Congratulations on your grandson's 1st birthday!🎂 That's a nice present you got yourself for your grandson's birthday! My DW completely agrees. She's a huge fan of Manfrotto. BTW, a monopod can be a useful tool for on-the-go shooting.
