British Phantom FGR2 1:48 Revell/Hasegawa No 92 Sqn
Hobo replied to mathy's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Absoutely stunning build; one of the best looking Phantoms I've ever seen. It may be difficult to answer this, but how do you achieve the weathered look to the paint and decals? Thanks. -
Another stunning build Libor. You've really got the Gunze paint flowing nicely out of your airbrush! Love the Eduard rocket launchers. Really enjoy your builds in the Valiant Wings books. Please keep them coming.

Heinkel He 59B, AS-88 Legion Condor, Spain 1938, SH 1/72
Hobo replied to JWM's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Hello JWM, Yes, there are many interesting schemes from the Russo-Japanese conflicts and the Japanese invasions of China and Indochina. Your display cabinet is very impressive. Many great builds! I very much look forward to your future projects. Cheers! -
Red - White - Green = Italian Air Force. Orange - White - Green = Indian Air Force. But then again, if the wine is flowing in Italy, maybe they are Indian Air Force roundels! If that is the case, then I salute you my friend! I am enjoying a glass as I speak, so I say CHEERS! When I was in the USAF, I was able to visit Italy twice and I have nothing but great memories. It is a magnificent country!

Thank you very much Julien for taking the time to post this for us. One question for you please: are those Italian roundels I see? Or has there been a color shift in the image and they are actually orange, white, and green (for India)?

Starfighter with a Japanese twist back in the hanger
Hobo replied to AndrewCJ50's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Beautiful model Andrew. You're right, the old Hasegawa F-104 is a work of art and way ahead of its time considering it first came out in 1989. What decals did you use?
