I’m relatively new to the forum – heres my first w.i.p … though its more like a “nearly complete”
Tamiya A10 in 1/48.

Just the remainder of the ordnance to complete and attach , then put the cockpit in the open position.
It represents my first serious attempt at a model in some time, along with first use of a decent airbrush (H&S Ultra).
As you can see I’m not in the same league as some on here …
Its just a stock out the box build with no extras.
Following assembly the model was primed using Vallejo white primer and given a token effort at pre shading – this was almost totally negated by over zealous paint application.
I used Tamiya acrylics airbushed on – with masking accomplished via tape and blu-tac rolls ;-)
Then it was given a coat of polish (http://www.lakeland.co.uk/20286/Quick-Shine%C2%AE-Floor-Finish) prior to decals being applied with microset/sol. Even so – still had a bit of silvering on some decals especially on the tail.
Then finally a coat of Vallejo matt varnish.
No post shading, weathering or washes applied … still a total novice in that area.
