To further cleairfy the Marivox: This is a hybrid kit; Heller/Revell's Vampire Mk V with extra (Ventura) wings, fins, fuel tanks and canopies ( Falcon! ). Etched brass, decals for 8 aircraft: 3 Swedish, 2 RAF, 1 French AF, 1 Swiss AF, 1 Dominican AF. The injection plastic wings are horrible but ok it only take the wingtip and add to the Heller wings that is included. Also elevator needs to be corrected and actually sticks out futher to front than the fins and should be cut 45 deg at corner and also slightly rounded before it mates with the side fins. The injection parts are also in a kit from JAYS from down under there somewhere. The injected wings are crude to say the least.

I have a box of like 4 ARIA AMT ones so this conversion should be great to convert a snoopy nosed plane into moderl rivet joint aircraft.

This is one of the most Beautiful model planes I have ever seen. I looked an researched myself about this Aircraft and 6-51 was the first delivered to spain Bf109D-1 and not a B (6-52 and 6-53 followed also beeing Bf109D-1s). I Think I can not see that the Brown paint was that far in the wing since you can see it does not cover the roundel completely on the back inner side like you made it. Also the splinter camo lines on the inner part of the left wing seem quite different from the angel you choose to do it. I even doubt that they used that Brown color on the outer parts of the wing. Lookd more like you used style of camo used on He51 airplanes at the time Before this. So puzzling really. Fron where did you get info that this individual was a B model and not the D1 mentioned everywhere else? so for me this is sadly a what if because stated version and top wing camo differs from the known photos.

I am trying to build RDAF F-16A (ex block 5) modified to Block 20 MLU. I try to build number E-199. First i found that Stoppel make a decal sheet in 1/72 but no photo of it and no reply from stoppel to see if this is with the fin squadron noseart or not. This individual has the shorter early block stabs. Also I use the ROG F-16A kit and i found out that the danish F-16 do not seem to have the reinforcement plates around the intake from the front of nose landingear shaft as well as not same style or reinforcements in front of the intake mounted position light sponsons. Is there any more details I have to think about? added the later MLU bird slicer IFF antennas on the nose and checked the type of gun port and also made sure i removed the tail pitot since it was a block 5 earlier and made sure the fin base was the short non break parachute one. For the cockpit i guess the MLU have more similar cockpitto the f-16c so maybe I can use one in resin for this?
