  1. They'll probably dump the A380's before they require a repaint.
  2. To fit the trumpeter kit. The flag in the kit is the wrong colour. Does anyone know if there are any replacements available or could a flag be in a decal set? I've searched hi and low on the interwebs and the closest I can get are the straight flags. This one needs to be curved as shown below. Thanks in advance. Tony
  3. It's a true story: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cessna_188_Pacific_rescue I'm sure a 25 hour endurance would be possible. The hopper can carry approx. 280 gallons, the usual fuel load in the wings is 50 gallons. So 330 gallons burning at the lowest possible fuel setting of 11 or so gallons an hour would be 30 hours at least. No kits that I am aware of.
  4. Thank you Andrew for your help on this. Parts arrived safe and sound. Appreciated. What would be a suitable colour match for the yellow? I was thinking maybe Tamiya Chrome yellow. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Tony
  5. Haha. No worries Ken. He is actually happy to make them (SU-12) if he can get his hands on a kit. I don't think he is too keen to buy it. Cheers Tony
  6. Sounds good to me mate. I'll PM you.
  7. Thanks everyone for the responses. It sure is confusing. Andrew, would appreciate the offer of some spares if you have some. I will await your response before ordering the kit you linked too. Thanks again Tony
  8. Hi all, What boxing by revel would I need for this version of the 135? Prefer 1/32 but 1/72 will suffice. The areas that need attention are the radar nose and the tail skid/floats. Is it true the pointed skids only come in the EC145 kit, or are they hidden in the 135 kit and flagged as not for use? Same for the radar nose. This is a confusing one and would appreciate any help on this. Thanks Tony
  9. He's pretty quick with getting orders to the Armory store so do not fear! I can't see an SU-12 on his price list. I'll ask him.
  10. Excellent. Thanks Chris. Do you know if that kit comes with both types of tails? I'd like to do a particular aircraft that had the engines converted but not the tailplane. I'm trying to find an inbox review with no luck. Thanks
  11. What about this set? https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10289111
  12. I have a few of his masks. They are well worth it. Especially for something like the AN-30 etc You can get them quicker from here: http://armoryhobbyshop.com/index.php?route=product/manufacturer/product&manufacturer_id=304&limit=100
  13. Hi All, From the limited pictures on the net, I can't figure out if the line pointed out in the attached picture is inside or outside the glass. Any help would be appreciated if I paint inside or outside. Thanks in advance. Image courtesy of the JSF site Tony
  14. There are also two different types of fins for the -200 where they vary in length by a wee bit. I can't find my info but just be wary. Both are available from Braz.
  15. Bastardo! I was about to throw away my P-8 conversion!
  16. A float version is coming next year.
  17. They are available. 1/72 scale. PM me for details. I hope to have a review sample in a week or two.
  18. That's speciesist!! (TIC)
  19. I'd be interested in a set of those decals too if Rich makes em. Oh yes, don't call a Tassie Devil a wombat!
