  1. thanks very much. The kit was good fun to build and paint. its pretty straight forward apart from the cape which is quite heavy. I ended up pinning to the tree stump for extra support. The kit also comes with a choice of sword or axe.
  2. hello rp+c thanks very much. I've at last bought a reasonable previously enjoyed camera from teabag. These are my first attempts and to be honest hobbyphotohost is the first sharing site I can get my head around to using. Ive been itching to post my build ups for an age. The stars aligned at last!
  3. thanks very much, I've got the Bride in the stash. Enjoy the movie again, its a real favourite of mine.
  4. hello, Thunderbird 4 was a, Imai kit with a toy soldier conversion for Gordon. The statue and weed are aquarium decorations.
  5. sorry folks wrong group . could anyone move this to ready for inspection please?
  6. I'm a die hard trekkie and have enjoyed most, not but all of the cannon series, T.O.S, Enterprise, next gen, Voyager and DS9 and most of the movies. The 2009 reboot Kelvin or JJ time-line I thought was very enjoyable indeed especially if we gloss over "Beyond", it really breathed new life into the franchise. The current incarnation (Kurtzman/ prime) timeline should be looked at as another separate time line from cannon. This shows there are 5 Trek universes visualised. Personally I stopped watching Discovery after episode 1 of season 2. I really can't stomach Burnham or Tilley or the writing. this Trekkie's blood boiled when in ep 1 of season 2 Burnham spoke to Captain Pike in a way that should have sent her to the brig for insubordination. Kutzman trek is not for me. If you wan't the real spirit of Star Trek check out the Orville. It's in homage to Trek but has become more like Star Trek than the current incarnations including Picard and the abysmal lower decks.. Orville is shot brightly with characters you will genuinely care about, even its gelatine Lieutenant Yaphit has more personality that most of the crew on Disco. It really is a lot more than comedy, try it, I bet you'll enjoy it.
  7. Atmospheric creepy noir scale coolness.
  8. ok folks this is my first attempt at posting my efforts. Hobby photo host seems to be the way for me. the snaps aren't my best as they were taken without a decent background on my android phone. This is one of my favourite ships ever on screen, I was luck enough to see Galactica back in the day at Romford ABC cinema. The kit is the anniversary edition from a few years back, thanks.
