Best wishes to you both. Niall R -
Welcome from another returnee. I too have a bit of a thing for Scottish based fast jets, having grown up near Leuchars. Your list of projects is impressive. I look forward to seeing your builds. Welcome back ..... Niall.

Talented lad Alistair - nice brushwork, and a film fan too! You must be proud. Q Who has a nice bottle of Laphroaig begging to be opened. -
Lol. It's certainly good to be able to laugh at ourselves. I like your range of future project options and looking forward to seeing more in due course. Best. Q

A classic. Great diorama and another excellent back story. So good, I am persuaded to forgive the anti-Caledonian slurs. Can't wait for more, but I suppose we'll need to give you time for building! Q

Love the dio, and love the commentary just as much. Keep up the good (excellent) work. Q

Admirable start to an admirable plane from an admirable but lesser known airfield. All the best for this build. From the less than admirable Quack. -
Lovely looking Sea Vixen - personal favourite of mine. Enjoy the Brahms - another personal favourite of mine. Niall.

Looks superb so far - lots of detail being added. Will you be making a diorama display? -
Exceptionally fine - especially for 1/72 scale.....and set off beautifully by your skilful photography. Q Who darent venture below 1/48.

.......and I'm fed up I didn't buy it! Rather fancy one of these - hope they reissue it to keep their Gannet company. Never mind - you'll do a better job of it than me anyway. Niall R

Nice one Alistair. Sorry I missed your wip over on the GB. Great build and finish of a less common subject. Admirable. Niall -
Thank you @mackem01 very kind. Thanks @mullac2001. The main issues are with the seams around the intakes.......and the kit would really benefit from a bulkhead behind the front seats. Plenty other (more competent) builds on BM. I've enjoyed making this if I'm honest, as I really wanted a Granby Tonka. When Airfix release their 1/48 Buccaneer S.2B I'll be first in line (pink of course!) If you have the Eduard Desert Babe boxing then the plastic will be near-identical, but probably with better transfers. Regards. Q

Thanks Alistair. Most kind. Plenty of things I'd do different, but it's too far gone now - just hoping to get it over the line, and happy that it didn't end up in the bin. Niall.
