  1. The Bronco Mk IX is pretty decent. It is based on the incorrect Miniart platform, but with some good corrections. A solid build I think.
  2. Looks great! I think AFV does the Valentines better than the others.
  3. Bronco’s A13 Mk I in France after the battle in 1940. I modeled this after a photograph that caught my attention/imagination-a British tank knocked out or abandoned then tagged by the Germans.
  4. Absolutely amazing work. Especially considering how spectacularly minute this kit is, you are indeed a master!
  5. Excellent work-is this an interior kit? The T-54/55 interior kits have a ton of parts, but if they go together like the T-60 kits, I could handle it, just seem imposing. MiniArt’s engineering is superb.
  6. The wood panels on the bed are sublime-fantastic work!
  7. The MiniArt T-60 kits are pretty close to perfect. I will echo 4bo’s sentiment about some of the small parts being difficult to remove from sprue attachments intact, but most of the parts that got really mangled were easily replaced with wire, tubing, etc. Kit was largely out-of-the-box, but a Minimeca barrel, Friul tracks and some assorted PE were added.
  8. I love these kits. I just finished one for a MiniArt-sponsored contest and I’m nearly finished with my second. I will build more for sure. Excellent job on yours!!
  9. Yes, but your PE work is stunning!
  10. TMD makes a corrected deck and correct fender boxes. The rear deck needs a lot of prep work to get it to fit. The replacement of tracks on the Mk1 is s given, but tge i struction sheet is just a mess.
  11. You have done an amazing job with this tiny kit. I would never be able to manage all of that PE! I finished this little thing up a few weeks back.
  12. Very nice work-the Caunter Scheme is not for the faint of heart and you aced it. The Tamiya Matilda is a very nice kit. Bronco makes the A13 Cruiser in a few variants, but avoid the A13 Mk 1-the instructions are very screwed up and the rubber-band tracks are too short. The Gecko A10s are very nice kits, but much more complex.
  13. Excellent work!
  14. I’m building one of these now and it is superb. https://www.flickr.com/gp/156298695@N05/eXY11n https://www.flickr.com/gp/156298695@N05/PjmN8y
  15. Looks great! I have one of these in the pipeline-I hope I can pull mine off half as well as yours.
  16. I built this kit “out of the box” with old school-only techniques (sheet styrene, strip brass and brass screen) about ten years ago. For it being a 1975 kit, it is pretty well done. I used the kit tracks but pinned them (and snipped off the pin heads-another 70s technique) for track sag. Aside from the open sponsons and the single-piece muffler/screens, it really holds up well and is a fun, quick build. I enjoyed that one enough that I built the Type 1 SPG old school in 2017 and the Shinhoto version OOB earlier this year. Nice kits and you did a fine job on that one-the camo looks great!
  17. Where do you check their stock levels?
  18. Comparisons of AFV Valentine Mk I and Tamiya’s Valentine Mk II/IV.
  19. Spectacular. This thread (and the other) are great reading!
  20. Thanks for posting this! I got outbid (thankfully) on a WNW Richtofen Albatros over the weekend after seeing that they were going out of stock everywhere and just ordered one from this sale for almost $40 below (including shipping from NZ) what the eBay kit would have cost me.
