  1. Got mine many years ago via the ARC. It cost $15. The seller from the US was leaving the hobby and he had loads of oldies .. also got myself the the SR53, SRN1 hovercraft plus others (they are safely sealed and packed in plastic storage boxes.) Once in a while i'd open them for oogle a bit for some nostalgia .... then back to the stash. I do remember missing out on one by just minutes ... apparently another fellow modeller from Malaysia got it ..never knew who that chap was ....
  2. Me too... I thought it was my lack of knowledge of space stuff ... hope they rectify it .... better still hope i manage to win something someday ....
  3. Modern day Piracy in the South China seas ....
  4. Also a Leander in 350 scale would be great. Think of all the possibilities . Batches 1 to 3 Royal Navy, navies of India, Chile, Indonesia, Dutch.... :-o
  5. That would have been lovely ... although not sure if the Phantoms could be embarked. IIRC, they used Crusaders, Corsairs & Skyhawks on those 2. Would make a nice "what if"... :-)
  6. Hi I am currently looking for the table of contents for Replic Magazines. I managed to view some recently and found them quite informative. Hence looking for table of contents, perhaps to search the ebay for some copies in the future (hopefully!!) Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Rgds Whoops, just realised i posted in wrong sub-forum, mods please help move it for me (sorry for the trouble), ... thanks
  7. No problem, i can wait ..... any and all assistance is greatly appreciated, sir. I will PM you my details.
  8. Hi I have this kit but unfortunately havent been able to locate its instructions. If anyone can help with a copy/scan of the instructions, i would appreciate it greatly. Picture of a similar kit Thanks
  9. Hi Can anyone direct me to website(s) for complete list of Modeldecal and Model Art decals and the details of aircraft / units depicted in the decals. I found some information previously (years ago) from Hannants but i believe it was incomplete. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated. Rgds
  10. Hi guys Hope this is the appropriate place to make this request. Instructions (scans preferred) needed for the above kit. Found that i've misplaced mine and now i'm in a spot - i've searched the net including www.1999.co.jp but they don't seem to have this kits instructions. Alternatively, if someone can direct me to the correct website, i'd much appreciate it - thanks.
  11. I am just coming back to ship modelling after many years away and currently have the Novo 1/500 HMS Royal Sovereign kit. I know that there is WEM 1/500 scale ship railings etc. Other than that is there any other PE/Accessories set available to improve the kit. Any and all help would be much appreciated - thanks
  12. Fantastic job. Its an inspiration for me to go out and get one. Thinking of waiting after the christmas rush to prevent package from being crushed / lost. Yours truly living in Malaysia. But looks like i might be getting one (or 2 ) soon. Now where is that credit card.....
  13. Hi there! I'm from Malaysia and a newbie at Britmodeller. I also did get some Kitech Sea Fury and 1/72 Jaguar - out of curiosity. The Jag is basically a copy of the hasegawa kit - which i had purchased sometime in 1990. Decals are lousy - best to replace them with Model Alliance/etc. Its a quick way to build up a series / squadron (?) of Jaguars on the cheap. Apparently the Sea Fury is a best seller at one time in our LHS. Everytime they brought in a shipment - they were sold out. Probably because of the price, approx GBP2.00-3.00.
