  1. Hello Stratto … Depending on thickness of the canopy or if it will be open or closed in 1/72. If open I try to go with etch if possible. My fall back is tamiya tape sliced into strips. Placed onto the seat using a photo as a guide. Once that is done I clear coat it to help it stick, then I paint it to match my photo. Ive also used very fine plastic strip as it will actually glue to seat better than tape. Once it is set I follow the same step of painting to match. Dennis

  3. Almost finished and think it’s looking great.
  4. Welcome with a rare Saab I don't see too many of the 32’s built.
  5. Welcome James, even with all you’ve done so far you're definitely under the 25% mark. Looking forward to how this turn out.

  7. Stitched Velcro tape found at any fabric store would work also. Then you can use adhesive velcro tabs on the underside of your desk to attach it too.
  8. @PlaStix having just viewed this video above. I was wondering what your thoughts are of me converting an M3a1 into the Flame thrower version ? I have a spare M3a1 already built that could be modified in a thread and placed in an inspiration gallery. I still plan on building the M8 Howitzer GMC.
  9. Hello Carlos please start a thread and get yourself set. Welcome Paul … Looks to be an interesting choice. As much as I love art deco design’s, Id have to start a new build for structures of history. John could you get someone to print the decals for you ? Im sure it wouldn't cost a whole lot of $£€.
  10. Hello Colin … I love the interwar racers as they have such interesting designs.
  11. Nicely done T-Jet in T-Birds colors. Ive not done a display team scheme in 35 years for a reason. I think you can guess what that might be.
  12. Well done sir, even if it’s a powerless drone it still looks great.
  13. Growing up in America I was an oddball as I was a fan of Big Country and a few other UK groups. I had the advantage of being an MTV kid and watching videos from about 11 yrs old. So was able to see a much wider view of the music world younger. It’s a band I still occasionally listen to when I have the sentimental moments.
  14. Wow thats looking great, will you be building a display base ?
  15. Hello Ignacio … from the city of Chicago. I’m mostly a military aircraft builder but do other types for a change. Dennis

  18. Thank you I will review and D/M you soon about a purchase.
  19. Which variant do you want the fabric or metal skinned wings. Everything from the -1 birdcage to the early -4’s used during world war two were fabric. Late -4’s/4B’s, -5’s, -7’s and AU-1’s had metal skinned wings among a few other defining changes ?
  20. Interesting how much do these cost you to make ? By chance what would you ask for a print in either scale ? Dennis
  21. Welcome along to the build, with a nice choice of build. Sad to know the history behind it all but should make for a nice display.
