  1. That's a nice looking little StuG. I normally focus on Allied AFVs, but I might get this one as well. And a lovely dio to match! Peter
  2. That's a lovely DUKW indeed. Note to myself, I need to finish mine as well 🙂 Peter
  3. You did a very nice job on both Shermans and the LCM, Ian. I assume your comments about the cleaning up refered to the Airfix M4? I find the Heller Shermans (both the M4 and M4A2) a joy to put together. I must have build more than a dozen, including a turret swap with the Airfix Firefly, an early version with bogeys from a Mirage M3 Grant and conversions with a hybrid hull. Peter
  4. On 16 March IPMS Antwerp organises the 2024 edition of the Flanders' Modelling Festival, with trade stands, club presentations and a contest. The event will be held at Salesianenlaan 1, 2660 Hoboken (Antwerp). For more information: www.ipms-antwerpen.be.
  5. Lovely little diorama. The extra details add a lot of interest to the S-Model Kübelwagen! Peter
  6. You can't go wromg with this classic Airfix kit 🙂 Well done! Peter
  7. Not my kind of subject (I focus mainly on WW2 armour in 1:72), but like what you did to this one. Peter
  8. Are those Wee Friends Kangaroos any good? I've been looking at them for some time but not sure if they are worth the hassle of shipping to the EU? I've build their M4A1 DD but replaced many parts with those from a Dragon kit... Thanks! Peter
  9. Well done on finishing this one, KRK4m. I have a sweet spot for the Mirage M3s and have built several myself. Next one will be the M-31 armoured recovery vehicle version. This has the basic M3 plastic with 3D printed parts for the conversion, which I think is a splendid idea from Mirage. However, I'll be saving this one for the 'wrecker' group build on the Braille Scale Discussion Group over on Tapatalk. Peter
  10. That's a lovely build, Pete! And you figure is very good too. Where did you source it? Peter
  11. Very nice, James! I remember it came with this dramatic desert setting on the box (I'm getting old). Peter
  12. Very inspirational build, Arjan, for my Dragon 1:72 version. Peter
  13. Some did, but not all of them (accourding to the images I found online). Peter
  14. With several complicated builds on hand, I want to do a simple quick build in-between. So, here's my IBG Toldi III, build straight from the box, painted with Tamiya spray can colours, with details and pin wash using Vallejo colours, and a dusting of 'mud' from Tamiya's weathering set A. Peter
  15. That's a very nive Spit and I love the Danish markings. I think the weathering is spot-on, these post war Spits were quite well maintained. Peter
  16. Very nice, Dermot. You should build more small scale armour! Peter
  17. Lovely little Austin, Aerosprite. Maybe you should venture into small scale armour more often 😉 Peter
  18. I recently finished the First to Fight Sd.Kfz.222 with markings from the DAK. I added some extra interior details and the armoured cover for the radiator on the rear. Decals are from the sparesbox and from Peddinghaus. For the post card challenge over on the Braille Scale Discussion Group I created a little dio with Roman columns and DAK figures from White Stork Miniatures. I hope you like it. Peter
  19. Nice build of an interesting vehicle, Calum! The Boarhound did have the looks! Peter
  20. There also is a resin kit of the Boarhound on the market (although in 1:76) : https://www.blacklionshop.nl/en/product/gi026---t18e2-boarhound-armoured-car/ Peter
