Hi,
I am looking to build a 1/72 Revell Lancaster for the daughter of a crew member of Lancaster Mk.III JA865, AS-A of 166 Squadron, Kirmington, North Lincs (now Humberside Airport). This was shot down over Germany 23-24 November 1943 by Peter Spoden of NJG5, but the bomb-aimer, among others of the crew, survived to go into captivity. He was Ted Hunt, a New Zealander.
I have very little information on the Lancaster now and would like to know what configuration this batch had - props, astrodome, small fuselage windows, cockpit blisters, bomb-aimers canopy etc. Can anyone help out with a photo or two of a close sibling of this particular aircraft? Anything would be a great help. Of course I don't know if this aircraft carried any individual markings as Kate has no photos - this was not her father's 'usual' aircraft.
Many thanks,

PS off to the NZ IPMS/Nationals next weekend - Wingnutwings are 'pre-releasing' a new kit there.
