That's great Pat.I would not have guessed. I have on occasions,usually white, left body parts unpainted. Whatever gets you a result you like is fine with me. Still think it is a great build .

I like it well done, a fine build. Nothing wrong with OOTB. A little too glossy for my liking but that is just me. I know it is the modern fashion,but I think on a older car it looks out of scale. Well done.Hope to see more of your builds. Nice photography too.

Sorry about the duplicate photo.I gather neither of the engines supplied with kit are correct for this bus,but they are the only ones supplied.It is not seen while on display. The decals were all self made & unfortunately despite using setting products have not bedded all that well in some places. The rear doors were scratch built. All in all I was quite pleased with the result when displayed next to the RML.

After building the RML out of the box I fancied cutting one up.This is my effort.A Edinburgh open top tourist Royal Britannia tour RM. The start kit was of course the Revell 1 24th scale London Bus

Hi PhilX On second checking you are right the available ones are from the US fair price, but postage is high. I did see one tanker on E bay auction (1 & a bit days left) from UK

Thank you .For me the price of the bikes is OTT but then again when I had a bike it cost about £75. When the son who is a biker told me how much he paid for his it brought it into perspective. It was many many times my £75 He played bass guitar too are they connected LOL

That is very nice indeed. Great paint job.The high roof & decals are a winner. Got one, but it will be OOTB when I get round to it as it was the box art that attracted me 1st.

Hi PhilX Thank you for info. There is very little information on the web re this car & only one photo. So this is solely how I fancied it. Thought the coat of arms livened up the coach . I make no claim to it's authenticity,or for any other part of the build for that matter. Maybe Edoardo had one for himself,which is quite possible as so few were made I gather.

Hi Thank you. The duck egg greenish colour is ok & I thought about it but I have a truck of similar hue already in the display cabinet where this one goes.So that was the reason for rejecting it. Have you seen the price of their bikes Wow !!!"!!! They should be gold plated .

The only photo of this car on internet is a very grainy B&W, plus little information. So very much do as you please. Admit I am never a slave to colour authenticity at any time.
