  1. Did a quick doodle to help me visualize the paint scheme.
  2. I can help with drawing if you're interested, just need some photos of examples & the basic dimensions. I can then make a digital vector file that you can scale & print to whatever you need.
  3. I guess technically you could 😆 I'm planing to paint the Laupen in the Swiss tricolour camo scheme tho & I can't print that!
  4. I've added the last few bits to the model; Brass rod for machine gun barrels, brass rod for the radio antenna, wire for the headlamps, spare track on the front of the hull & side skirts scratch built from a aluminium drinks can. I'll paint the skirts separately & add them later as it would be difficult to fit the tracks with them attached. Next step is to give the model a good clean to get rid of any resin dust or dirt, then I can start painting.
  5. It's such a rare kit it's worth taking your time & getting it right.
  6. Yeah that actually sounds like a good idea, keeping the build within the blitz theme & I should be able to build what I have in mind within a few days.
  7. Wow you're making quick progress but you've only got 3 hours left tho! Are we going to see a photo finish across the line 😋
  8. I have a pair of 1/72 Mìg-25 & Mig-31 kits that were given to me as a gift about 20 years ago & have been collecting dust at the back of my stash since. Both of the kits are from Kitech & released in the 2000's, but were originally tooled by Zhengdefu in the 1980's. They are both pretty simple kits so shouldn't take that long to build, the Mig-31 is missing the engine exhausts tho so I'll have to design & 3D print a replacement.
  9. 3D printed 1/35 Panzerhund from the game Wolfenstein.
  10. I'm done! I was so busy with the painting that I didn't really have time to make any in-progress photos, so here is a quick rundown of the painting process; Black Primer Paint modulation with 4 different shades of Panzer grey Matt varnish Brown-blue pin wash Light paint chips Rusty paint chips Metal parts painted with Steel & Gun metal Wires & pipes painted with metallic black Markings painted with a dark yellow Germain crosses pained black & white Rust added with light & dark enamel paints Enamel fuel stains painted around joints & the hatch on its back I needed about 2 hours to finish the last few bits today, so that makes the total time for the build 19 hours. Quite a contrast to my last model which took me a whole year to finish 😆 I had a lot of fun with the build & I think it was good to challenge myself. I'm always worrying/procrastinating over each painting step, now when that happens I can just look at this doggo to motivate myself. I'm think about making a small base/diorama for this model with it chained to a sign saying "Beware of the Panzer" 😅 Making "friends" with a Polish 7TP
  11. Day three... I woke up this morning with my arms & neck feeling really sore, apparently my body didn't enjoy the 9 hours of painting yesterday 🫠 No time for wallowing in pain today tho, only have a few hours left to get this beastie done. I accidentally left my camera on last night & now the battery is dead, so I can't take a photo of my phone to show the time at the moment, you'll just have to trust me that its 13:00 😜 It should be recharged in a few hours so I can then take photos of the finished model.
  12. I have about 95% of the painting finished but I have to stop for the day now, no time for a progress photo (off for dinner with the in-laws). I'll do the last few bits tomorrow & then post the finished photos. Time for today is 9 hours + the 8 yesterday makes 17 in total.
  13. Splattered the grey pant all over it & then quickly sprayed some varnish to protect my rushed hard work. Taking a break for lunch while it drys & then I'll start painting the details.
  14. Day two, time for some painting. I've had these two Panzer grey paint sets for awhile but I haven't built any early Panzers yet. I never thought my first time using them would be on a a robot dog 😅
  15. You've done & great job with the build, looking forward to seeing the finished result 🙂
  16. Applied some black primer, which really helped bring out all the small details 😀 I'm ending it for today after a total of 8 hours, the primer can dry over night & then tomorrow I can do the rest of the painting.
  17. I had to take a brake from the workbench & make dinner before the misses starts to get cranky hungry, I quickly whipped up some fried rice & chill fried pork. I'm now going to fire up the airbrush & get some primer down before it gets to late for me to make noise in the house.
  18. Doggo taking its first steps, guided by Hans to the painting bench for some primer...
  19. After 4 hours of sanding all the parts are ready for construction, This old resin is very brittle & several of the parts were damaged while being cleaned up, normally I'd just print replacement parts, but ain't got no time for that! So I'll see if I can fix it with some putty or I'll paint it as rusty battle damage 😜
  20. I couldn't find the exact size of the Panzerhund, in the game they're a little bit taller then the player tho, so I scaled the 3D model to be 2m tall at 1/35 scale.
  21. I'm joining in the GB with a 3D printed Panzerhund from the game Wolfenstein. I originally printed the parts for this build about 4 years ago but quickly lost interest & they have been sitting in a box since. Time to blow off the dust & finish removing the remaining supports. Starting at lunch time & seeing how far I can get today & then hopefully finish with painting tomorrow. Here is a live action trailer for the game showing the little puppy in action 😋
  22. Banning YT links in posts but allowing them in signatures seems a bit odd 😕 So you can't make a post saying, if you want to see my model in motion click the link here etc. But you could make a post with, if want to see my model in motion click the link in my signature?
  23. I think he was using a Corvette as a metaphor for riding something else pretty & red 😅
  24. The Hobby 2000 kit that @modelling minion posted above shows the red K aircraft with white wing tips & CH SS under wing markings. It also shows it fitted with the 3.7cm gun under the fuselage tho, which AFAIK was only used on the eastern front. So might want to find another source to corroborate the markings.
  25. There are a few options for different camouflage schemes... Sand with green patches. Original green with sand squiggles. Original green with sand brush painted over.
