  3. Oh yes got about a million in the stash.... well over 10 and decals for 25+ What to do will be the question, 357th FG or maybe a Tuskegee Red Tail or two
  4. It's no longer my call, Enzo is now running the show. However my advice to him would be that we only allow In Memoriam GBs for to bypass the vote for members who pass away and then it is only something we consider for a long standing, well liked and respected member of our community.
  5. There will be no extra rivets on my build. I saw what it did to Lloyd
  6. So with the 109 out of the way it's onto this project. And so far, I have done this: I might decide to take a lot of the wash up from the floor as it looks like a squad for French Marines have just vacated leaving the mud from their boots. The paint work on the IP needs finishing along with applying the instrument decals.
  7. Revell 1:32 Bf 109G10 Erla Yellow 2 KG(J)27 Paint: MR. PAINT Decals: BarracudaCals (BC32145) Extras: HGW Fabric Seat Belts, Barracuda Oil Cooler and Air Intake Scoop. A really enjoyable build and made even more pleasurable using MR. PAINT. The kit has no real vices and required just a smear of filler in the wing roots and mid upper wing join. I really must thanks Mr James Hatch for his encouragement and sourcing the MR. PAINT for me to test and now review. Anyway what you really come here to see was the photos. Thanks everyone for you support an encouragement.
  8. Sorry not come across those conversion/update sets, sorry.
  9. Another day with good progress. She's nearly there just need to weather then put all the little bits and bobs on. More soon.
  10. This is just a proposal, it will have to reach 30 interested members then if enough it would then go up for the vote in November 2016 and if then successful would be restored in for 2017. Also if you want to use pre-started builds they would need to be less than 25% complete.
  11. Thanks Darren Thanks Stan, Mr Paint is excellent I'll be reviewing them soon. The Figure was supplied by the Manufacturer Wings Cockpits, you have to Google them and then email for a price list as they are a very small company. Hope that helps.
  12. Well she's on her legs and about half the stencils are done. More soon
  13. I'll have a go with an aircraft from Cameroon
  14. And the canopy mask arrived today, now just need to check on paint.
  15. Well the rotor fold set has arrived, just waiting on the canopy masks from Hannants
  16. No problem with the winch, I'm not fitting one, got loads of photos with no winch fitted. No idea what the other bits are, if it's easy I'll match them, if not I'll leave them, I'm not too fussed.
  17. Hi Rick They are laser cut from fabric, there is paper backing on them that needs removing. There are not painted that is how they are made. Hope that helps.
  18. You need to start a thread in GB chat rather than here. I did it by mistake, it's a bit fiddly but I managed it, don't ask me how though, it was a while ago. I think I needed to do a bit of 'surgery'
  19. So far I have found that there needs to be a change to the blade antennas on the lower boom, the left side upper window in the cockpit is smaller that either the RN or German versions. I will have to leave off the nose cameras. That's what I have found so far.
