Thanks for the advice about the light i just gave it a try and think itll be fine. This being only my 2nd build in about 20 odd years that's 100% record doing this since getting back into it.

For the 2nd build in a row I've assembled wings without pre drilling the pylon holes.

Thanks for the reply, I'm using the same X-22 and Mr Leveling Thinners, be interesting to find out if your mix dries clear 👍

Does anyone do this, is it a good idea to pre mix these in separate bottles and use as required? The reason I'm asking is I'm so inefficient and find I'm wasting loads when coating smaller pieces that only require a tiny amount that I've forget about.

Hi everyone this is the 1st modelling forum I've joined and have to say the content so far is great. Lots of useful help and advice especially for the novice modeller like myself. I've recently came back to the craft after many years away and just completed Eduards 1/48 Hellcat (might work up the courage to post some pics) already got my next 2 projects lined up and enjoying searching through build logs etc gathering tips and ideas.
