  1. That's a fabulous piece of modelling. Great work on bringing the small scale C-47 to life. Love your paintwork especially πŸ‘πŸ‘
  2. Fabulous! Looks every inch a Bucc and hard to tell it's micro scale πŸ€“ I've got one in the stash and was waiting for someone to build one 😁 Thanks for sharing
  3. Spectacular! First shots look like the real thing! Stunning build πŸ‘πŸ‘
  4. Lovely! That's turned out really well. I built this kit some time ago but found the engine to wing fit awkward....but my decals were fine 😁
  5. That's a corker! Stunning work from a challenging kit πŸ‘
  6. Absolutely stunning! Love the pre shade and weathering....very realistic indeed. Thanks for sharing πŸ‘
  7. Very nice indeed Miguel. Love the mottling at this scale...very impressive! πŸ‘
  8. Very nice indeed! Love the '92 sqn' scrawl on the intake blank....very realistic and a great idea! 😁 Both look fab on their mini dio. πŸ‘πŸ‘
  9. That is phenomenal! The choice of the winter camouflage and your execution of this with the worn green areas poking through is sublime. Outstanding work! πŸ‘πŸ‘
  10. The 144th.co.uk decal sheet is absolutely awesome. It is designed for the F1,2,3 and T4,5 but can be adopted for the F6 which is what I've done. If you can wait though there is a another sheet out soon just for the F6,2A so that will cover a multitude of colour schemes.
  11. That's very nice indeed and in a colour scheme not seen very often. The II-76 is a mighty impressive aircraft and i bet it's quite sizeable even in this scale?
  12. Evening all. Latest off the bench is another of Revell's 'brail scale' Lightnings. Once again built completely OOB with only the pitot tube added from brass rod plus decals from 144th.co.uk (highly recommended) I chose to model the dark sea grey low viz scheme, but for some variety went with the high demarcation line that appeared on some aircraft during the later days of service. Paints were Tamiya and Xtracrylix with my trusted W&N varnish to finish off I've also posted up some photos of its stablemate for comparison 😁 The Binbrook flightline is growing...... 13. Very nice indeed! Interesting how large the Raptor is when compared with the F-16 😯
  14. Absolutely superb! I do love the Have Glass scheme and you've done a fine job there πŸ‘πŸ‘
  15. Very nice indeed.... although Revell can't take the credit for this one as it's a Cyber Hobby rebox 😁
  16. Looks fantastic! The base is really effective too. Top work and given me some inspiration to have a crack at one of these 😁
  17. What i do is polish with as fine sandpaper /wet n dry as possible then use some ordinary toothpaste with your fingers for a final polish. Then dip the canopy in Johnsons Clear / Klear floor polish...should come up a treat when dry
  18. Fantastic! The Belgian F-104s surely have to be the most attractive. Great work and thanks for sharing πŸ‘
  19. Yes I agree... I love this kit too. One of Airfix's finest (apart from the dayglo stripe decals which left a lot to be desired!) Lovely result and great choice of markings...
  20. Lovely end result despite your troubles. Can I add the 1/72 Me-262 to the list of 'what were Airfix smoking when they designed this' πŸ€”
