    If memory serves I think wilkos sold a few airfix starter sets a couple of years ago. Another question is what happened to all the dog fight doubles ? 2016 they released 3, 2017 only 1, 2018 none, did these not sell very well ? Phil

    Just to confirm what everyone else says, I'm currently building the airfix mkVa boxing and the parts supplied are exactly the same as the mkI/IIa boxing. Phil

    Hi all, I've recently purchased the airfix 1/72 spitfire and me109 dogfight doubles set.. When looking at the spitfire decals the red and blue for the rounds are far too pale when compared to the rest of my airfix spitfire. If a anyone else has this set, could they please tell me if theirs are the same or have I got a missprinted set ? Phil

    Sorry another stupid question, but do the black stencilled lines on the mk1 upper wings cover the roundels or do the roundels cover them, airfix seem to suggest the former. Phil
