Okay thanks again for your helpš

Hello, Just an update, have completely took it apart and soaked and cleaned in airbrush cleaner seems to be okay now! So should always strip it down after each use?
-
Okay didn't realise you could I'll try that. I'm new to modelling so trying to learn what I can. I took the airbrush apart fully and when I removed the nozzle I found a bit of paint or something lodged in there. Have removed it and cleaned it so I'll test it out in a bit
-
Okay will have a look, do you still have to thin model air then? Could I soak the parts in airbrush cleaner?
-
After every use or when I use a different color, I use Vallejo cleaner and spray that I lube it afterwards too

Hi, Hope everyone's staying safe at the moment I have a problem with my Iwata Revolution HP CR airbrush where it'll spray paint really well for a moment then it will just stop spraying completely. If I want paint I have to pull the trigger back and forth for it to work? Is it broken?

1/48 FW-190D-11/13 Conversion Compatible Kits?
Gardner95x replied to Gardner95x's topic in Aircraft WWII
Okay guys thanks I'll have a look -
Hi guys, Bought a 1/48 ARBA FW-190D-11/13 conversion set from the market a few months back and have to decided to use it but need a 1/48 Dora first Now has anyone used this set before and if so what kits are compatible as there are no instructions with the set or on the packaging saying what kits it works with. Or will it most probably work with any Dora kit? Thanks Jack

Yeah looked other places and saw the Dragon/Trimaster looked difficult to build according to others who tried it
-
Hi guys, Okay Iāll go with the Hobbyboss kit, preferably donāt want anything fiddly to build Regards
-
Hi guys, Really fancy trying a Me-262 in 1/48 scale, the choices I have at my local shop are from Trimaster and Hobbyboss. Is there a preference between the two? Both are similar price. Thanks Jack

Hi all! Iām missing a windshield on my Dragon/Italeri 1/48 Ta-152h (The sliding canopy is there) and was wondering the best place to get spares from is? I noticed Dragon Care but was unsure if it was USA only. Or is it easier to just buy the same kit? Thanks Jack

Hi guys, Got a Hasegawa 1/32 FW190 D9 off the market on Saturday for a tenner, was so cheap as there were a few parts missing, everything is there except the wings which are missing so was wondering if there any sites that do spare Hasegawa parts or is it just worth going on eBay etc to get a new kit? Thanks Jack
-
I tried building it with the gun cover etc closed so I had fit issues, my own fault really for not following the instructions properly. Okay Iāll think Iāll go with the Hobbyboss kit then, Iāve only just got into modelling so Iāll stick to the easier kits for now! Thanks Jack

I had Eduards D9 and gave up on it as it was giving me issues so I imagine a D11 would give me trouble too. I would try a Tamiya D9 but Iāve heard itās a bit inaccurate in regards to the landing gear?
-
Okay thanks guys Iāll have a look at the Hobbyboss kit then. What kits have conversion kits for them, just Tamiya I assume?

Hi guys, Am wanting a 1/48 FW-190D-11 and was wondering who makes the most accurate kit?
-
Hey, I have the Hasegawa 1/32 FW190 D-9 with the Aires full detail set which tells me I have to cut open the nose part of the plane. I'm fairly new to modelling so was just wondering what the easiest way would be to cut open the nose neatly?

Hi all, Anyone know who makes the best 1/32 Stuka kit in terms of quality/accuracy?
