For an British site we do not see too many Hawks!! So go for it!!!!

To me it looks very similar to the old F-22 by Itlarei and Revell released in the past. However this one should be totaly new molds, so how come they aghain make mistakes with the doors and weapon bays?

I like this subject as well!! specialy what colours you are going to use to get the three tone. I am still searching for transporters 1/72 but so far no luck on finding them.

I have the same kit in progress, she is realy big and I have the AMT model as well so those in the living room is nice!! I have the major assemblies ready and getting the model together soon when done and have the time after my other projects.

I do not have that, but like to have 2 one English the other Italian. I have not seen them in the past other than the 1/32 scale of Revell which I did not buy as it was full of errors.

Mini Hobby models is of China, and is known to have clones or illegal copies of many known companies such as Academy and Italeri. They are buildable but take care with strong glue as the plastic may be melting from it after some time.

I used brake fluid as well, but not with sucses. I'm totaly hooked on Mr. Muscle as that works great altough they have changed the formula an bit. It is less strong but still strong enough to strip the paint. I was pointed in less strong direction by Ancient Mariner, and for fact it is true. I was able to strip paint from metal toy cars first, but now I does not longer have the ability to do it so the formula must have been changed.

I still see some leftover paint, knowing this kit it has to be removed before painting. Did you try mr. muscle?

I have all the mirages 2000 1/72 and looking at it and have read that the wings of the heller version seem to be best. I did build the italeri version and that is ok too. But also it builds nice and clean. hope that helps you an bit.
