  1. Thank you guys for your nice comments. Just to answer a few questions that have been asked above. The model has been made from IBG 35033 kit with just few additions from 35032. The cameras on the top of the squad compartment are the Mk.FL resin set and the wheels come from PanzerArt resin RE35-401, the towing cable is Eureka XXL and the gun barrel + antenas come from Master Model. The decals come from the kit + ToroModel 35D45 placards which give much realism to the model. Painting: priming - Gunze MrSurfacer 1000 + resin and metal surfacers, base coat - Hataka and Tamiya (tyres), finish - Tamiya, AK Interactive & 502 Abtailung (enamel and oil wash), Vallejo (metallics), Humbrol (drybrushing) and in the last step the wheels, lower part and the rear of the vehicle were sprayed with Tamiya buff. There is quite extensive interior in this kit - even the engine is included - but not much can be seen through the open hatches. There is another ROSOMAK APC on my workbench now - this time a basic version without turret which I hope to complete this month and show you when it's ready. Best from Szczecin PL to all the Brothers in Arms!
  2. The model depicts Rosomak APC of the Polish 12th Armoured Brigade as it looked when I took a few pictures of it in early 2018. Aftermarket upgrading: metal barrel and antennas, resin cameras and wheels, resin/metal towing cable, decals for specific vehicle made from aftermarket decal set.
  3. Here are some pictures of my 1/72 AZ-Model, Curtiss, P-36A scale model in famous 46th Pursuit Squadron, 15th Pursuit Group livery of the aitcraft flown by Lt. Phil Rasmusen on December 7th, 1941. I have used Quickboost resin engine (designed for PBY Catalina). The model has been painted with Tamiya acrylisc and finished with Alclads.
  4. Nice vintage kit. Nicely made and good pictures. I remember to make this model when I was a kid. Got it somewhere in the stash, I'll have to dig it out.
  5. John, thank you for your comment. Indeed the "parade ground" finish was intended, it is the same finish as shown in the box art and the real vehicles which are displayed outdoors at our local sig model show just look like that.
  6. Attached are a few pictures of newly issued 1/35 IBG KTO ROSOMAK, Polish APC made from the batch of pre-production sprues. The model has been made OOTB and panted with Tamiya acrylics. The only aftermarket parts I added was a superb Master Model metal barrel and a metal antenna taken from the box with spares. Enjoy watching!
  7. Attached are a few pictures of my recent model - the B-17G-40-DL ”Flying Fortress” A/C # 44-6117, LG-Q 'no name' from 322BS / 91BG depicted as it may have looked during its fifth and last mission on 21st June 1944. The bomber crashed on 21st June 1944 in Stolsko lake, Ger. name - Schlosssee, (near the place where I live in Szczecin, PL), where most of its wreckage remains until today. Source information about the aircraft and its crew: http://www.americanairmuseum.com/aircraft/15193 Source information about 8th Air Force activities on 21st June 1944 - very interesting!: http://www.8thafhs.com/old/get_one_mission.php… It is likely that the wreckage will be salvaged next year and displayed in a local history museum. Example site with information + pictures about the aircraft (in Polish): http://lotniczapolska.pl/B-17-Latajaca-Forteca-z-Jeziora-St… I have built this model on request of a local Internet TV portal for divers, but also because I was very much inspired by the story of the real aircraft. To detail the model I have used resin engines, propellers and main wheels, vacu glazing, brass barrels as well as bits and pieces from various Eduard PE sets. The major modification is the tail turret, which I have borrowed from the 1/72 Revell kit. The model is painted with Alclads on Tamiya gloss black base. I have retained the original raised panel lines to achieve a specific look of a new bare metal aircraft without camouflage. I also attach a compilation of the existing pictures of the real aircraft for reference. I am going to show this kit to the public at E-Day model show in September and hopefully on SMW exhibition in November this year. Thanks guys for watching!
