  11. Congratulations on a great build Bill! I don’t have much substantive to add regarding building techniques, so I will just say thank you for demystifying many of the issues & solutions with the current 1/72 F-100 options—this along with @TheRealMrEd’s amazing build truly inspire me to pull out my Trumpeter F-100s for assembly—only after buying an Italeri one to follow in the britmodeller tradition of kit integration (or smashing) of course —thank you for finishing and posting this amazing build—best, Erwin
  12. G, great to put faces to names. Big question I have is if you have any airbrush tricks for your 1-1 builds. Seriously though, I am looking forward to how the bare metal afterburner area sorts out—I am confident it wil be amazing! Best, Erwin
  13. Great Martin—appreciate you sharing the wheel well shape issue—cheers, Erwin

  15. Mark, excellent work—I look fwd to seeing this painted up—thanks for walking us through how you packed in the weight to keep this glass nosed B-25 on its gear—best, Erwin
  16. Bill, already learning from the deep bench of experts here. I only have Trumpeter’s C & D in my stash. FWIW, I thought the recent Detail and Scale F-100 edition did a good overview with issues on both these kits (although I clearly don’t have some of the insights here). Really looking forward to your build as I really would like to build a respectable F-100–I have no doubt your build will be amazing inspiration and education—best, Erwin
  17. G, will join the parade of awe—I really like how the shading and top coats come together—impressive! Dumb question, and apologies if I missed it, is there a thinning ratio you like to use when creating a random top coat—as always, well done! Best, Erwin
  18. Bill, as usual this is spectacular work! I really do appreciate the work you did attaching/polishing the canopy—will be circling back to this on future builds—best, Erwin

  21. Johnny, thanks for the Xtradecal info/warning, they do have some nice markings so it nice to be forewarned about potential issues. That said your work looks brilliant! You did a great job knocking down some of the bubbles—looking fwd to the next update—best, Erwin
  22. G & @billn53, super helpful resin hints—the F-4 is looking Phabulous best, Erwin
