  1. Here you are http://www.airvectors.net/avbc18.html The vertical stabilizers are also smaller. Just scroll a little 😉 cheers, Jan
  2. Well I am not going to see it but the one that I missed was ZR288 https://www.scramble.nl/military-news/delivery-first-polish-merlin 287 the second and 286 the one in my pic ! So I really don’t know which or what I missed…so enlighten me as I am not going to see it tomorrow because of work related issues… cheers, Jan
  3. Tomorrow the fourth one should be doing it’s delivery flight….. The news just came in half an hour ago! cheers, Jan
  4. Three went through Rotterdam as far as I know and according to the local spotters and know I missed one ! Four frames is the final figure for now to be delivered as the rest of the order is postponed for now . cheers, Jan
  5. Very nice it looks like the real one which is now based in Belgium .. The real one had an accident a few years ago ( wound up against a hangar after landing)which in the end was a blessing as it revealed some shortcomings that were not addressed in earlier restorations! cheers Jan
  6. Maybe the second ordered I don’t know but it was at least the third that went through Rotterdam I missed the first 🤫 a fourth is also expected pretty soon! I do think they look spectacular 😀 cheers, Jan
  7. You are not the only one 🤭 I don’t plan at all ! It is the same at work as they give me a planning of a mere 6 weeks ahead…that is why I am not doing any groupbuilds ( signed up for one though D-day 2024) For some it works to have an agenda filled for the next years and for some it doesn’t…I chime in when I come across a groupbuild that I like and have time for! cheers, Jan
  8. Great idea, just do it ! I’ve gotta lot of fun out of it 😀 cheers, Jan
  9. Great paint job, impressed by your brushpainting capabilities 👍 cheers, Jan
  10. @senux @Whofan @georgeusa @Epeeman @bigbadbadge @Pete in Lincs thank you all for the nice compliments 🤗 gents always appreciated. When you have build it yourself you always see things that could have been better but for the moment I am pretty happy with the result and I hope the buyer will like it as well . cheers, Jan
  11. Finally finished my 1/32 Revell Spitfires. One was a regular boxing on which I used the extra standing Eddie and a spare sitting RAF Spitfire pilot together with the stadium version decals . I was able to find some pictures of the A and B side of the Aces high album that I could print in the appropriate size for the stands. Stands we’re custom made as well. This was a commission built for a BIG Iron Maiden fan Paints used are AK3dgen and some Hataka and the Revell paint that came with the kit. Enough chatter….😉 hope you liked them, Jan
  12. Hi Neil, I loved your Hampden but I found this one by searching for some info on the planet Manchester I bought for half price at the CMKeshop last week! I was planning to do the same thing by mating up the Revell fuselage I have ( the wings however are for a Contrail York ). But your build gave me a good solution for the rear turret so thank you for that 👍 Love this Manchester and I would be very happy if mine turned out as yours😉 cheers, Jan
  13. It looks like a very true scale Hornisse 👍 Not my scale but a big surprise this is and a great subject as well almost tempted😉
  14. Nice arrival today and on it’s delivery flight to Poland 🇵🇱 cheers, Jan
  15. The greatest build of a Fonderie Hampden so far ( waiting for @general melchettof course) ! I can look at it for ages🤫 I love the weathering, I love the build, I love the details and I love that there is another rescue from the shelf of doom 🙏 You have outdone yourself and now I have more hope of mine to be build and I will use this thread as a lead 😉 And get well of course . cheers, Jan
  16. The paintjob is very well done👍 and the setup is great 😃 cheers, Jan
  17. Got the same decals and kit as a future project, love to see yours build 👍 cheers, Jan
  18. Whitney’s I had a few 🤫 tried to sell them but it took ages to get rid of them … Not a head turner but a great kit from Airfix.
  19. Whatever floats your boat 😉 Some people like Fonderie kits and Mach 2 ( must confess I have a few🤫) Have fun in whatever you (like to) build . cheers, Jan
  20. Simple, the nose upper side is flat with no curve up! To me it looks like they forgot to put in the curve upwards to the front windows and therefore the window don’t have their distinctive correct size Another give away for that is that the side window panes are not evenly sided ! ( rear side is shorter than the front) If it was the same size in the front as in the rear it could have the correct curve from the cockpit to the turret. Just my two cents but I am a sucker for correct cockpit shapes 🤫
