right just paid 60 for another full sinanju kit just to use the collar and cuffs, im really getting to the end of my patence with this model, if i mess up the reverse wash again im just going douse the lot petrol and set on fire, then stick forks into my eyeballs and film the lot on the internet! its exactly the same as when i did the sinanju stein, you spend so much time on something and start getting bogged down, bored with it, so that i know now even when i do finish, it will be bitter. not happy at all. just want to get this crap heap done now

right had a full on rage, for the second time trying to do these god damn cuffs and collors, i swear im never doing another zeon kit with cuffs. i dont need this frigging stress, so yeah after they messed up for a second time, i calmly put them on the floor and stamped on them, then i went to the garage and smashed them with a hammer as well. this is exactly how i felt.... https://youtu.be/XYTLXLqaTLI?t=46s

right stayed up all night last night doing decals, all HIQ white warnings and various sinanju logos bought 2 different sets of sinanju decals just for the logos so thats that. spent all day doing coats of microsol, im getting really anal about it now, i messed up a barbatos and had silvering so im going abit overkill with how many coats i put on, done 5 coats every two or three hours and dont seem to have any silvering left, just put on the last coat as i took photos that why there some wet parts. so everything seems good, i really like having logos going over panel lines which is a bit of a pain as you have to have the decal stuck down let it dry then microsol, let that dry, then cut the decal along the panel line and then a load more coats of microsol to get everything neat. it also means i need to do a gloss coat to seal the decals before panel lining. so il do a gloss coat tomorrow, give it 24hrs then panel line and do a flat coat the day after. other things are just inner frame all gloss white, should only take a day. all the weapons which will take a few days as il be priming first and doing flat and with decals and lastly i need to do the collor and cuffs which should only be a 1 day job. so if i keep my head down next weekend or few days later il be finished.

holy moly, looks awesome -
so doing second half of armor, its all mostly the mint green but heres some of the parts ive masked to do different colored panels. i guess another round of masking tomorrow and some detail painting still to do before i can start decalling. the fuel tanks have turned out ok, didnt really like the middle gray, seems too warm. its growing on me but im annoyed that its nothing like what was advertised when buying, just said neutral gray when its really a light sea gray, oh well. not sure if it shows in the photos but all the parts where you see the other side of plastic has been done in the darker green, hopefully it will show when finished

well its been a long time, well feels like it anyway. ive got everything prepped, ive just primed the armor so thats all white and ready for colors, ive got the inner frame all ready, polished all the nubs out so i can gloss without primer, and ive gotthe beamrifle, 2 bazookas and the double gatling all prepped and soaking in cleaner which il rinse in the next day or two, the seam fitting was a nightmare. so il have a ton of updates in the coming days, i would like to finish this in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

wow looks great, love the shot of bright colors -
ok so got all the parts done last night and this morning, i found the call of putting things together too tempting, so put the inner frame together. not going to put the metal thrusters on till the end. heres some pics with my good camera, the colors look alot better with this good camera. so not going to update for probably a few weeks as i prep all the rest, but will be on the forums anyway.

got the idea from looking at aircraft and bombdoors and how landing gear is painted white.... not sure if it will come across like that, but thats the idea anyway. so did some hand painting and glued some metal parts on, messed up gluing the photo etch to the rear skirts, you can see the glue i tried to remove the glue and started to make things worse so just left it, lol probably wont see it once everything is together but peeed me off anyway. the other painting and photoetch went down fine, i doubt youll even see any of the work once the armor is on, but its fun to do. the armor looks better now ive panel lined and flat coated, its quite odd how sometimes i cant use the water based flory wash on lacquer paint and sometimes i can? last 3 times ive had to use a indian ink pen as the flory wash would bead up, this time i had the opposite problem and the ink pen didnt work but the wash did? very odd. so this evening ive got to paint these pipe areas im pointing to, and spray all these parts metallic. il upload afew photos when that is done, then il probably wont have another update for a while, while i prep the upper body, backpack, shield and weapons.
