  1. Yes, might also be because I haven't stirred it enough. Will try again and if that doesn't work, I will apply some varnish. Will post results here later on. Thanks!
  2. Those are looking great! Especially the damage on that TIE fighter seems very random to me, great work!
  3. Hey, so I have this problem with Revell colors. I've bought Revell enamel matt 37 for the surface to look, well, matt. But that isn't the case as you can see in the pictures. The red color appears glossy. Now, I've put a matt 69 besides it for comparison, so you can clearly see the difference. I don't know what is going on. Could this be a mistake by Revell or did I do something wrong? Model looks kinda ruined for me now, because everything should have matt finish (it's a Boba Fett Slave I by Revell by the way). Is there any way to safe it? I have some varnish... Also, the paint has been drying for more than 24h, that is important for you to know. So, what to do?
  4. Hey guys! So, I've finished the model. I have to say, I had tough time with decals and all the rigging. Other than that, it was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this model to everyone who enjoys the glory of the titanic!
  5. Hey! Here are the photos! http://imgur.com/a/feDjh
  6. Hi guys! I made a 1st part of building Revell R.M.S Titanic in 1/1200 scale!
  7. Hey guys! I made a new video on differences between using enamel or acrylic paints. If you have time, be sure to check it out! :)
  8. Hey guys! I'm starting my next project R.M.S Titanic by Revell in 1/1200 scale and I will post some pictures here during the progress. For starters:
  9. Hey guys! I don't know if it's okay to post this video here, but if it's not please let me know. I'm just starting a YouTube channel and in this video I would like to talk about some basic tools and items I'm using at the moment with scale models or what would you need in order to start the hobby. And I would love to get some feedback! I know the video is not top notch and maybe I'm mumbling a little bit, but that's a start.
  10. Thanks one more time everybody. I really didn't know, that I'm going to get so much positive feedback. I already have next project before me. It's a Titanic again by Revell in 1/1200 scale (a tiny one), that I will present together with diorama (right before impact or after impact, haven't decided yet) when it is done. Also, if I will have time to film the whole building process, I will make a video and present a link to it here as well. :)
  11. Hey! Thanks for great comments and motivation from both of you guys. Yes, I've had a tough time with the rigging. Nothing stood as it should at first, but after a while I was satisfied with the results.
  12. Hi guys! I made a little plane called Boeing P-26A Peashooter by Revell. It's not top notch of course, because this are my first steps in scale modeling, but nonetheless here are the pictures. The last picture is photographed with a diorama, which is not yet entirely finished.
