  1. It is these color codes White - 240 Yellow - 400 Orange - 800 Black -1200
  2. Try to read this thread https://modelersalliance.org/threads/eduards-new-decals.155482/ A user got this response from Eduard "Regarding the new decals - they can be recognized by having a production date on them - 23.06.2020 and forward. Its true the coat can be removed once dried, but it requires some skills and experience. We do not suggest to our customers they should or need to do this. The decals can be worked with the same way as before- with the older once. So using the method of removing the top layer is up to the customer - at their own risk."
  3. Lewis95, you might get some answers to your questions at this site: https://tangibleday.com/top-10-spray-booths-for-airbrushing-miniatures-and-models/
  4. how well does this model perform? No smells lingering afterwards? It is a cheap model, but I think it works well. I use mine in the kitchen and don't have any strong smell of paint afterward. The fan makes some noise. In a more expensive booth the fan might be more silent. I recommend you buy a booth with build in led light.
  5. You can combine 2 spray booths into one larger booth, if you want to.
  6. I also have a spray booth, this model. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Display4top-Airbrush-Extractory-Portable-Extraction/dp/B07CG454GN/ref=pd_lpo_79_t_2/260-2121389-0101134?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07CG454GN&pd_rd_r=610a85c7-6b3d-4fc0-94bb-1214b83fe342&pd_rd_w=IQbhD&pd_rd_wg=q4AVR&pf_rd_p=7b8e3b03-1439-4489-abd4-4a138cf4eca6&pf_rd_r=7XV5Z9KXV8RJ4FVESJ1P&psc=1&refRID=7XV5Z9KXV8RJ4FVESJ1P
  7. It removes all smell from paint I use, including lacquer.
  8. I use a mask like this when I use lacquer paints. https://www.dbpaints.co.uk/personal-protective-wear/423-gerson9000-44585211253.html I am not an expert on masks and this is just the one I was recommended to buy in a local shop here in Denmark.
  9. I buy a lot of tools and kits from this shop: https://www.super-hobby.co.uk/ https://www.super-hobby.co.uk/products/Szczypce-boczne-do-plastiku-waskie.html https://www.super-hobby.co.uk/products/Sharp-Pointed-Side-Cutter.html
  10. You can get Dspiae here https://brevecomodelling.nl/#
  11. Occre has this bus as a kit. Maybe you can take some color information from there. https://www.occre.com/various/model-vintage-vehicles/aec-bus-b-type.html
  12. Are you going to use an airbrush to paint the larger areas with and what paint are you going to use ? I myself use an airbrush for priming with Ultimate primer and paint most of my models with Revell acrylics.
  13. Just today I have started my build of this kit, so I look forward to see how your build will progress. I am in doubt how to paint all the parts in the right order, so I hope you have this figured out. When I bought the kit, I did not notice how small it really is. I need more light and better glasses 😀
  14. I found a website that is very interesting and might help someone. Work both ways, so you can play with mixing colors and see the result, but you can also start with a color and the site will calculate how to mix it from other colors. http://trycolors.com/ I guess it is possible to make custom color palettes from f.ex the Humbrol paints and then use this website to find closest fit. Might even be possible to calculate a mix of Humbrol paints to make a desired color.
