  1. Modelling with a belt sander, Love it That is a hell of a lump of resin, but it looks great Virtual restraint bolt fitted for the duration
  2. Hi Gimme Thanks for confirming about the Sand Crawler. Cant wait to see what you do with it. Sure it will be great. It has to be one of the most iconic vehicles even though it only has a little screen time. Great work on the Star Destroyers/ Yeoman
  3. Did I spy a sand crawler in one of the photos? Looking forward to that one. keep up the great work
  4. Just had a email from Hobby craft with a 20% discount code CLUB20 not a bad variety of older Tamiya Kits and general modelling supplies. Free delivery over £20 Not sure if its the right forum, but thought it might be of interests. Yeoman
  5. Would that be the chippie opposite the pub in a well known garrison? interesting that our new cam is the same as the last lot of urban cam in the 80's, still it's a good looking scheme and can now be legitimately painted on CR2 kits
  6. Hi Badder Back to lurking for me. Cricket season is upon us so modelling and even writing posts is very limited. Hope your builds are going well
  7. nice to see one of the Wiltshire Yeomanry Shermans being build. Good looking build
  8. mega work on the model and the base, you can almost smell the burning Ewoks
  9. Great tip on the therapy putty, you may have just saved my kids from me stealing their "memory putty". £4 for a thimble full bit pricy for masking material
  10. This build gets better and better, really inspiring
  11. Great in box review Andy, looking forward to following another of your builds, they are always a treat👍
  12. nice paint job on the tub the chipping looks good to
  13. i think a more positive locating pin would go along way to saving a lot of hard work. My Hetzer was my second build after a long lay off and I wasnt quite up to your standard. On the bright side it taught me a lot and I was able to move on to an AFV club Centurion. Keep at it JD you are good at this
  14. Nice build, looks like you made a better job of the drive sprocket than I did on mine. great weathering
  15. Really cool scratch build, looking forward to future instalments
  16. not 1/72 but Bandai - 1/144 U Wing , TIE striker and 2 tanks coming at the end of the month. would love a 1/72 U wing , but it may be in the same queue as a B Wing. here's hoping
  17. Great work as always Andy, I can almost hear the sarcasm coming out of his mouth😀 I am vainly fighting the urge to buy The K2 SO and Uwing kits. God knows when I will build them, but they are so cool I know it's just a matter of time
  18. cheers rover, off to amazon once i get down my stash a bit
