    How can people possibly criticise a model when you've not seen it in the flesh? Cautious optimism should be your position unless you're told otherwise. They didn't show the fuselage moulds as they were being worked on. It makes me angry when keyboard modellers get on their high horses. For Gods sake stop it.

    Hi all I was wondering about your experiences of using the above gloss varnish. It says thin 10-15% with water. Is this correct? What pressure is best for spraying? How many coats do you need? I'm running out of Klear so need an alternative. Thanks

    I for one would love to see many varied subjects been released. From F1 cars to the most obscure but fascinating aircraft. And yes, the continual release of the same old subjects does get me down a bit. But I for one applaud any new company that releases subjects, as I for one think that it shows innovation. Oh, and if anyone of these new companies, or for that matter one of the established ones, releases an injection moulded 1/32nd Hurricane Mk1 for the masses, I will truly be pleased.

    I've spent £180 on an Iwata airbrush (which I love totally), so using cheap non-Iwata products to save a few pounds is really spoling the ship for a ha'penny of tar. The one I brought came with a MAC valve as my 'brush didn't. I wouldn't swop it for anything. Buy the best that you can. This is just my opinion.

    I have had 3 sets of Techmod decals and each was as bad as the other. Stupid me but I'm never using them ever again.

    I think the debate is how long will manned aircraft be used as air defence? With increased air technology with regards to drones, will we need manned fighters? Let's cut our losses and buy F18's as the Eagle is too much fighter for our needs and the F16 does not meet our requirements. Or we could purchase Russian or even French. But the disaster that is the carrier fleet needs more consideration.
