  1. Fantastic work and excellent weathering. Always a pleasure to see your beautiful airliners on here.
  2. I've spent that on a Zvezda Mi-26 in the stash but it's worthwhile, and especially for this kit. I had the marine version and chickened out of building it. To do this kit justice it needs the nose open and a scratch built interior.
  3. I too have become deflated in the Soviet/Russian aircraft department. I have just bought a second Mi-26 and I am going civilian with both, one will be in Aeroflot colours (or the Moscow Fire Brigade) and the other will be in China Flying Dragon. Agreed 👍
  4. Bellissimo! Your cockpit details are amazing. Well done on producing a great model.
  5. Fantastic build and paint skills there. It looks great. I would class it as "only a mother could love". IIRC it is technically a flying boat/sea plane.
  6. Hello Ian and from Lincolnshire. Good to have you on board. That's a lot of RFIs on the "to do" list. Which part wasn't necessary? The old or the git? I'd have to add grumpy for my description of myself. Well he's tech savvy. But I digress.... Looking forward to seeing your work.
  7. Ooh, sweet! don't keep the audience waiting.... Story of my life.
  8. Very nice. Did you Ball Bearings as weight in the fuselage?
  9. Lovely 737-100. The "old school" livery makes the -800 look rather bland.
  10. Hmm, wraparound camouflage, very nice and inspiring.
  11. Bravo Sir. Well done on the perseverance. Looks like your skilled enough to tackle something by Eastern Express or Amodel . I would have been if I'd been in your place.
  12. I was curious as to why you would want to use biscuits in your modelling. Empty biscuit packets? That's easy, tent fabric for dioramas.
  13. from South Lincolnshire. Kudos on the old school hairy stick modelling.
  14. The crumbs could be sandstone or limestone rocks and the chocolate could be used for mud marks on your AFV's.
  15. Indeed a good tale to tell. Absolutely Phantastic what-if story for a Phenomenally Phabulous Phatom. Bravo.
  16. Don't you swear at me! Where is the WIP, where is the RFI?
