  1. 1/12 Clone Trooper box art and two official photos have been released on TAG Hobby. I love the fact we get two different helmet options with this kit! It says in the text that it also comes with Macrobinoculars that attach to the Phase 2 helmet. Lot's of interesting painting options with that armour! http://www.taghobby.com/1-0/1-2/bandai-2016年6月發售-模型-112《star-wars》clone-troopers-2400yen/
  2. Very interesting subject. Can't wait to see what you make of this, Andy!
  3. Some very interesting possible spoilers about Rogue One characters and equipment here: http://makingstarwars.net/2016/05/big-news-rogue-one-a-star-wars-story-character-names-ships-descriptions-more/ I don't know how accurate it is, but I'd dearly love to see Y-Wings back in action! It also includes a very interesting TIE design. I really can't wait for this film!
  4. Yep, I've got to agree. I'm convinced it says "1/12 Battle Droid & STAP"
  5. The light green bar under the search box says 1/72 タイ・インターセプター (プラモデル) = "1/72 TIE Interceptor (plastic model)" The next four lines say: メーカー : バンダイ = "Maker: Bandai" スケール : 1/72 = "Scale:1/72" 原作 : STAR WARS = "Series: Star Wars" 発売予定日 : 7月 = "Release Date: 7th month" (i.e. July) For the rest of the info, it's easiest to just copy and paste selected text into Google Translate.
  6. Here: http://www.1999.co.jp/10389046 Scheduled for July release. The details sound very similar to the standard TIE fighter. Lovely...one of my favourites! Imperial Shuttle next please, Bandai!
  7. That's fantastic! I'd like to try something similar with the new smaller Bandai X-Wings...
  8. Bandai's website hasn't been updated yet, but the A-Wing was announced on a few Japanese modelling sites such as this one: http://bbs.78dm.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=434820 It says it'll be released sometime in May for ¥2592. Love the Turbolaser base!
  9. Yes, the area behind the cockpit looks different. Perhaps they have modified the design as they did with the X-Wing. There are more photos here, but still hard to see that area... http://screenrant.com/star-wars-8-a-wing/
  10. Ultra Sabers sell the parts to make your own: https://www.ultrasabers.com/category-s/84.htm
  11. Some detailed shots have now been released on the Bandai website of their First Order TIE Fighter. Some interesting differences between this version and the original TIE Fighter... http://bandai-hobby.net/sw/products/ep07_force/mc/mc03.html
  12. I don't know if this is old news, but I just found two new releases updated on Bandai's website – A 1/12 scale BB8 & R2 combo and a First Order TIE FIghter, both scheduled for release in December: http://bandai-hobby.net/sw/products/ep07.html The R2 looks the same as the previous release...or is there a difference I'm missing? The new TIE fighter looks fantastic!
