    It may be a trick of the light, but It may be a trick of the light, but if you look closely at the area surrounding the registration, it appears to be a slightly different shade of blue to the rest of the airframe..

    The blue Tiger - VH-GWG - operates from a paved runway, hence the tailwheel.

    A couple of stills from the movie.. From what I can see, you'll need registration on both sides, and on the upper and lower surfaces of the wing. Interesting to note that the front right strut appears to be a natural wood finish, whereas the other three are silver..     Can't help you with the font, but I *do* have some G-AFKX artwork. Wouldn't be a stretch to modify to G-AFFC.. From memory, I traced the letters 'cos I couldn't find an appropriate font..
