  1. Cheers! I know the decals are Hobby Design but that's it - my friend bought them from me and I can't remember where from..
  2. That's brilliant, I'll do some research on it, ever even thought about it before.. thank you!
  3. I like Skylines, okay? This has been by far my most challenging paintwork and decal work... Base kit was Aoshima's Nismo Z-Tune Skyline, with Hobby Design Decals. Apart from that, kit is stock. Paint consists of 3 colours - Mercedes Polar White, Volkswagen Tornado Red and Tamiya Black. Thanks for looking, all comments appreciated
  4. Didn't know it was possible, are there any guides anywhere or anything??
  5. Absolutely love it. Muscle is my favourite thing to build... Mopar or no car.
  6. There's a cockpit image here which may be of some use to you. http://en.autowp.ru/mercedes-benz/clk_gtr/1547/pictures/ I use this site a lot for reference pics, it's amazing.
  7. Thanks lads! I love Gran Turismo, always have, currently replaying Gran Turismo 2 as we speak actually..
  8. Tamiya Nissan Skyline GT-R C10 “Street Custom” kit, bought for me by my best friend Conor. Mods to the kit: Heat-proofing on the headers, fire extinguisher, bucket seat, lowered front suspension, exhaust tip, Decals, licence plate. Freehand drawn "Mooneyes" on the splitter. I lost the indicators for the kit so I used decals from a Tamiya Toyota Supra. All comments are much appreciated! Cheers
  9. This one was an interesting build. I obtained a big pile of mustang parts and 3 bodies, with the hopes of making two models out of it... Here is one of the models, and yes it has some parts missing, but I had to do my best with what I had. Colour is Ford Colorado Red. Fujimi Ford GT40 wheels, with front tyres from the parts box. Engine was wired and plumbed, and some rusting was added around various trims. Custom made aluminium side pipes. Decals from the decal box. Hand written windscreen letters and white letter tyres. Believe it or not, I don't even really like mustangs but I love Shelby so this was a labour of love. Thanks for looking, all comments are much appreciated
  10. Thank you for looking, all comments etc. all greatly appreciated - Tomo
  11. (Bare with me, lots of pics...) This has been by far my most ambitious project yet. And my first completed model as an 18 year old.. Granted as it was my birthday about 5 days ago and all I did was put on the mirrors it doesn't really count but oh well. This is inspired by (not an exact replica of) a car from Forza 5, which I use quite a lot. A lot of people know about my love of Sophie Ellis-Bextor, so I've been putting Wanderlust logos on a lot of things, frankly because I think it's a cool logo. Inspiration shots: As you can tell, the hardest part was probably the camo - and the writing on the side, which obviously there was no decals for. So after over 15 hours work, the all handpainted base camo and Wanderlust lettering were finished. A few more hours saw the suspension lowered and such. Overall mods include: Tamiya Impreza Roll Cage Moon wheel, sequential shifter, various rally parts from said Impreza Fully plumbed interior Rally dash from an Evo VII Custom aerodynamics - Home-made Canards, rear diffuser and spoiler Aluminium tubing exhaust Lowered suspension Front splitter from an R34 Skyline GT-R Hood scoop from the parts box Toyota Wheels from the parts box Various decals from the decal box All in all this was about 3-4 months work, my longest ever project. So now, pics!
  12. Awesome. Have one in my stash and hopefully it turns out as nice as this one.
