  1. Kiitos vpplelt68 that what I was trying to say....
  2. I should have added that this applies only if they were flying their assigned aircraft... also the 4D+AK would have a red letter A (2 staffel) the 3rd letter colour and 4th letter should be as below I Gruppe Stab. Green, B 1 staffel. White, H 2 staffel. Red, K 3 Staffel. yellow L II Gruppe Stab. Green, C 4 staffel. White, M 5 staffel. Red, N 6 staffel. Yellow, P III Gruppe Stab. Green, D 7 staffel. White, R 8 staffel. Red, S 9 Staffel. Yellow, T
  3. Les Taylor’s book Luftwaffe over Scotland lists Hptm Pohl’s Ju-88 as from the Gruppenstab and Ltn Storp’s ac from 1 staffel. This should mean a Green letter A for Hptm Pohl (I Gruppe Staff aircraft) and White D for Ltn Storp (1 staffel) this though throws up a question as a Gruppstab aircraft from I Gruppe should have a B after the Green A (4D+AB) and not the K (4D+AK would be from 2 staffel)
  4. Hi, re the fit of the engine nacelles, I separated the outer sections from the lower wing and removed the plastic completely where the nacelles sit. You end up with a three piece lower wing section but the fit is so much better especially the ‘pen nib’ at the exhaust end
  5. It looks like the radome is not separate from the main fuselage part. On the original CAD they had the nose folded with the radome exposed. Are we going to have to get the saw out for this option and if we want a non folded option what will the seam on the radome look like. not trying to be negative. I am looking forward to this as one of my few buys through the year
  6. Wow... That is all I can say re the quality of the Modelling here.. was as brought up not that far from RNAS Gannet and saw Sea Kings most weeks. The back stories and inside info on this thread have been great some of us had the qualifications/intelligence for flight crew but not the eyesight.... If only... My dream job....
  7. Jeez Ced, it is like a production line.... I had only caught up with Concorde & commented on the Dornier a couple of days ago.... looking forward to this one. I always enjoy your builds
  8. One of my favourite piston engine aircraft. Looking forward to this one. Are you painting it as per the development aircraft on the box or going for a Luft46 scheme?? First unit was due to be KG2 around June 45
  9. Looking forward to this, saw a Storch do the same in a light breeze at Fantasy of Flight museum in Florida. Fantastic engineering
  10. Really nice, I have this in the stash, hopefully I can do as good a job as this
