Some time ago my dad compared the different kit legs with scale drawings in the Kagero 109 books. He thought that the Hasegawa and Eduard landing gears always looked too upright or too "storch" like and compared with the drawings, they were a bit too long. Although he is no hardcore rivet counter, nevertheless he began to shorten the legs with recent builds. They look a bit more realistic now. Tamiya and Fujimi got it right with their G models.

We hope too 😄 My dad used Rising Decals some time ago for a SEAC P-47 and had no problems, even the checkered ones for the cowl ring went on fine.

That´s the problem my dad faces now. One of the "AX" codes dissolved in the water....this sheet isn´t produced anymore but found one at Misterkit, already on the way.

Well, at least for a Finnish A4, there was a conversion from KMT but it seems it isn´t produced anymore.

Thanks, that´s the info I came across on other modeling forums. Planning to build Austrian Leo2s in the future and as you may know these are former Dutch tanks. Most of our Bundesheer equipment is painted in RAL7013 brown-grey. Looking at pics of our tanks and pics of Dutch A4s, a difference in colour is hard to tell. Seems both are more or less the same colour tone, can´t really say if our army kept the colour or repainted the tanks.
