Hey folk's,

Looking at the deck layouts, I'd hazard a guess and suggest that to cram in an extra full container on the lower deck, they've dropped and moved the nosewheel well structure forward to allow them to fit in full containers with no space left.
Just a thought, only other possible theory was bigger diameter nosewheels for increased loads, but the size of the bulge would suggest we're not just talking and extra inch or 2. I'd go with my 1st theory.
Will ask our Airbus rep next time he's in the hangar.

Whoaaa!! The Tristar pic and the 1st Nimrod in the 2nd set of pic's are just awesome pic's. The Tristar was the first aircraft I worked on as an apprentice (Caledonian Tristars were maintained by BA).
And Mattie,.....Even I can still hide up inside panels for hours and kid on I'm working LOL!!
Beautiful pic's all round,

Heard the distant and unique sound of this beauty yesterday morning....

Not great pic's but as soon as I stuck my head out the front door to confirm my initial thoughts, I bolted upstairs, unplugged the cam from my PC, pegged it back downstairs and managed to catch these 2 pic's ......and I have to say they're not too bad. My poor wee 1 year old did wonder what the hell his Dad was getting so excited about, but when he saw it he stood making "whooshy" jet noises and pointing at it which impressed me somewhat.
Must be an exercise or royalty in town as lots of military copters about the past 2 days, Gazelles, Puma's and the Big Beastie above.

Absolutely awesome!
You can't put that beauty in the loft Al.
Is there any local aviation museums that would have it for display?

Wow that's stunning.
Is it straight from the box? The window masking/painting is fantastic.
Nice one, there's something about this colour scheme that makes it look so attractive, I love it.

I hand paint everything, don't have an airbrush
Tell me please how you get such a soft edge to your camo! What a cracker, as everyone else has suggested a matt coat and this will look superb.
Beautiful build,

Fantastic Graham, remind's me I need to finish decalling my Revell 72nd one! Glad to see you've picked out a few panels in the lighter grey, seems to be really common to see this these day's.
Where did u get your CBLS pods?

Looks sweet, must admit the more I drool over my MA decals I'm half tempted to do one of mine in the white/light a/c grey as well.
Watching with interest!

Looks nice, and thats from someone who doesn't like the F-22.
Decal options look great, as is to be expected from Revell.
Might cave in and get one eventually, will wait and see what the general opinion is first! Anyway my Nimrod's arrived today
