Revell Boeing 767-300ER BA Chelsea Rose - Well Nearly
eng replied to Airbusboy's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Beautiful work and love the fact that you have weathered it so realistically, the muck round the tail cone is a great touch, usually rudder PCU or yaw damper leaking skydrol. Your photo's are great too, I particularly love that shot of the fuselage reflected in the top of the wing skin. Love it! Eng -

What a beauty, love the weathering round the fwd fuselage and that metal work round the hot section is exquisite! Superb work Sir. Eng -
1/72 Fujimi A-4F 'Fake Mig' Aggressor
eng replied to Dermo245's topic in Ready for Inspection - Aircraft
Aw yes! Thats epic, I'm a sucker for aggressor schemes. The A-4's stunning but that last shot with the full collection is just awesome. You need an NSAWC or TopGun F-16N in there!! Eng -
Thats beautiful! What a nicely built and presented model, nicely weathered too. Eng

The USAF spend a fair bit of time training around Sculthorpe with the MC-130's and CV-22's, keep an eye on ADSB it's a fairly regular occurrence. I could be wrong but I think they can para-drop troops and equipment there. I passed a few miles from Sculthorpe late in the evening a few years back and had 3 MC-130's pass over the car at about 500ft all "lights out" apart from a small white light on the tail, obviously using NVG's and low light equipment, very impressive to see them operate like this, and surprisingly quiet too. Revell and Zvezda have re-boxed kits before, is it possibly just the Revell plastic re-boxed by Zvezda? Eng

This simply gorgeous, what a magnificent piece of work, the Hampden's a lovely looking machine and you've done an outstanding job with this. Love the weathering aft of the engines on the upper wing surfaces. Eng -

Awesome book, I absolutely treasure my Osprey book collection, and like you have the desire to build a lot of the A-4's featured in these pages. You've created a stunning build there! Eng

I purchased it direct from X-Scale, worked out quite pricy at about £40 though. That being said its a beautiful kit, it was delivered very quickly and incredibly well packed. I'll only be buying one so was happy to suck up the cost on this one. Their DC-8's look very nice too, and if that floats your boat it may work out cheaper to pick up both together. Eng

Received my Trident today and I have to admit it looks incredible, nice crisp mouldings with plenty detail for 1/144. A stunning set of full colour instructions in an A5 booklet with very clear easy to follow steps and outstanding decal/marking schemes. And to top it off some very, very nice little decal sheets that are super sharp.... oh and masks for the wheels, cockpit windows and the curved black area around the nose. A very impressive package all round. Eng
