1/144 was released two years ago. But I read, it's a A-model 'copy' and it fits not that good.- 14 replies

MiG-Mech replied to Homebee's topic in The Rumourmonger
I guess Italeri takes Italeri. Scalemates says that, too. Maybe there are D-parts inside to do Czech or Polish (?). -
Is it just me or are there already new Fw 190D boxing, that were not mentioned before ? Jabo/Sturm and in USAF. Therefor secret item could be something new.

Xtracolour X32 Desert Pink maybe (?).

But Airfix needs to see how to get money with less "work". The modellers who look for more details will take Eduards. For those who do not look for them, dont care about it's a G-10 or G-6.

MiG-Mech replied to Homebee's topic in The Rumourmonger
It could be a very elegant plane, but the nose gear destroys everything. 🤦♂️ -
We do have enough 109 and will get already new line from Eduard, that could include an G-10.

All is wrong. 1/72 Me 410 needs a new molded kit.
-
I guess I see closed and opened upper intakes. Would not make sense to make a hole for one version only.

There are so many countries, which used the MiG-23, that's easy to release them without russian markings.

Well, yes, but no model is perfect from shape. But that open aux intakes are not possible at parked plane. Together with closed main intakes it's only possible when wheels on ground, engine running and velocity < 200km/h (except maintenance "tricks"). That's triggers me as a former mechanic.
