( can't remember on which forum I first saw yours a year ago ... ). Thanks again for sharing this beauty with us .
  8. You are nuts ! Your building skills are amazing and your thread is very inspiring . Wish I could do one quarter of your work in 1/48. I'm takin' a seat for the next steps .
  9. Splendid work on this chopper ! Congrats to you .
  10. Hi again ! Well ... you should ! Next projects : 2 Haseg A-4 ... a early Bravo and a Mike !!!
  11. Paul ! I happen to be a big fan of your moddeling skills too ... ( your danish Starfighter is also awesome !!! ) Jeffrey . Hi Werner ! for your kind comments . About the Etendard ... it's been stalling for 2 years but it didn't crash , I'll be back to it one day or another since I'm now pretty sure I'll be able to tackle the last steps , just like the IIICZ . But , for the moment , this is Haseg scooter time . BTW , don't you have also an Etendard on your shelf of doom ? Mike .
  12. Very nice ! A good illustration a low flying the argentinian way . Your painting job is excellent .
  13. Hello again , thanks for your reply . In fact , my question was precisely about those particular areas ( green arrows ) .
  14. Hello Giannis , me again ... I read ... well not read ... , I watched at your superb WIP and didn't manage to figure out how you managed to achieve the padding on the " roofs " of the photographic compartment . Could you explain pleases ? Congrats again for this fantastic model .
  15. Very original and very nice as well . Thanks for making me discover this particular Lanc .
  16. Thanks very much Malcolm , much appreciated . Hi Russ to you . Bonsoir Jean et merci pour ton message . Don't worry , as written somewhere on this thread , I've been working on 2 extra A-4s for several weeks . Been fighting with the bravo one's loading ( a beta version of MER , namely MBR ) , but I'm pretty confident it will be a few months ( yes months , not years ) project . Best regards .
  17. Hi Russ ! Another very nice model from your factory . I am not really found of british Camberras , but its Martin iteration with tandem cockpit is a very attractiv aircraft ! But .... Airfix kit has always distracted me from trying . Congrats to you for it !
  18. Both are jaw dropping !!! Hard , really hard to believe it's 72 scale .... is it ??? Tremendous job especially your painting job which is brilliant !
  19. Mike , the enthousiasm of your pink elefant is much appreciated . Bruce , the WIP is time consuming , but as I wrote earlier , is an essential part of the hobby ( IMO ) if you want to share tips . And thinking about sharing tricks and tips , I would say that the STGBs are excellent for motivation and atmosphere between the members ( we really had good fun ) , but on the other hand , are not as visible on the forum as classic WIP threads . very much Lolo . To answer your question : # 2 is an early Bravo seen in 1961 on the USS Saratoga and #3 is an intermediate Mike ( laser nose , full ECM antennas but still in high wizz camo , except for the rudder ). very much Giannis . In fact the intrados is quite as dirty as the upper surfaces , but , catching a glance at my photographs I realized that the light might be too bright , and especially the contrast between the black background and the white inducted some overexposure .
