A 1/700 Ark Royal from WW2 is nice, on realism maybe the hangar openings in front are not in correct positions, but compared with the real one is accurate as scale allows. Maybe number of Swordfish available to put on it is little although folding wings is a nice feature. However aircraft in 1/700 is always better to custom make them, never did it but an idea will be to scale drawings with sections, using plastic sheets make the structure with the sections and then use fine aluminium sheets on that structure (about the glue to use for metal-plastic not sure) and wet paper for fabric surfaces, for radial cowlings and wheels just plastic cylinders. Is a task for someone that really like to do that, or have experience.

Thanks, knowing what paint was used depending where they was deployed is very usefull! About the metal decks the paint is because it where painted directly on steel or it represent a material applied to the surface?

Thanks to reply, yes I made the question but didnt got an alert in thread reply so I asked here. About the color will be difficult to know because it depends how the pics are printed on different sources, on 1936 to 1939/1940 paintscheme changed?

Hello, I need some info on this ship class: 1) Because there was 5 ships on this class I want to know their differences if any, for example the battleship Resolution had an extra rudder? 2) The turret design is shared in scale 1:1 with other battleships and battlecruisers? 3) What was the paintscheme / color used on each ship at start of WW2?
